Any additional monitoring or testing this week?
My last NST scan and weekly appointment. Scheduled for CSection 9-15
Any concerns/news currently?
Tomorrow is the big day I had to make it to to get my full maternity leave benefits. However I found out today my leave paper work dates are messed up so it is showing it is declined and the person I need to talk to isn't in today. Ughhh
Anything I can pray for you specifically about right now?
All my leave stuff gets figured out tomorrow so I can put all my attention on the baby and not worry about money.
GTKY: What's your favorite part of fall?
I love everything fall. I love the decorations, Halloween, festivals and all the colors.
Baby girl is doing great. All the animals have adjusted very well to her arrival. Our Great Dane thinks the baby is her puppy. She will try to clean her, uses her snout to tuck the blankets in around the baby when she is sleeping, and brings her chew toys to the crib. It's so adorable. Late night feedings can be a bit rough now and then, but sweet baby snuggles make it all worth it!
Breast Feeding is going better. I was having sharp fiery burning pain in the right side immediately after any kind of milk expression - I'm on Diflucan and an expensive nipple ointment that seems to be helping now. Not nearly as painful as it was before.
Baby is doing well, we had a few nights of cluster feeding, but we're doing 3 hrs ish now overnight.

Any additional monitoring or testing this week? Dr appointment and NST
Gonna ask some questions about hip displasia and swaddling at the dr appointment but not sure that he will have that much info as he does OB and isn't a pediatric dr.
Any concerns/news currently? Baby is still breech, my GD seems to be doing a ok...
Had some weird pains the other day on my left hand side and thought for a few mins that maybe it was contractions but they went away...also had a sore throat that happened for a few hours the other day and then gone too.
Edit: I am seriously drooling over the idea of the foods I can eat once this baby is on the outside...also watching c-section videos on the internet uffda....as well as reading the horror stories of people that had a bad recovery from a c-section oh my! I also just started reading about breech babies and issues with hips and that they often keep their legs up for awhile after birth (like days sometimes months)....oh google!
GTKY: What's your favorite part of fall? Apple Cider, warm/hot days and colder nights, apple pies, flip flops are still acceptable.

Why are you high-risk? breech baby wouldn't turn and X-ray shows my pelvis isn't big enough to try for a vaginal delivery. C/S scheduled for Tuesday! 38+5
Any additional monitoring or testing this week? all the monitoring and testing is done now, one last position check in Tuesday before they airlift him out juuuuust in case he turns, but the docs (and my pain walking) say that he's pretty engaged down there and will almost certainly not turn.
Any concerns/news currently? nope
Anything I can pray for you specifically about right now? smooth process, no language confusion (most people here are fluent in English and I've put it in my "birth plan"), and smooth recovery next week!
GTKY: What's your favorite part of fall? changing colours, sweaters and leggings, warm drinks...I love fall!!
