I second the love of deviled eggs, but there's something about seeing them that ruins it for me--what in the what?! Also, I'm pretty picky about how they're made. I think some people prefer a sweeter deviled egg, and that totally throws me. I prefer a savory egg!
Breakfast tacos - egg, fresh spinach, and cheese with salsa...for diner. Somehow I managed to eat tacos all day. A bacon egg and cheese for "actual" breakfast, and grilled chicken tacos with pico for lunch.
@sarahhedger7 The only one I made myself was my dinner "breakfast" taco. But I do love making all kinds of tacos. My favorite is shrimp with homemade pico de gallo, fresh cilantro, cheese, and avocado.

3) I used homemade taco seasoning. It's so much better than the pre-made stuff, and also way cheaper.
