Fitness Fridays - 9/1

Morning Ladies-

All I can say this week is that I'm exhausted.  There have been many late nights and long days working this week, so my workouts definitely took a backseat to my need for all the sleep I could get.  I managed to get in some yoga and exercise band work on Monday, and a walk on Tuesday.  That's it.  I'm so, so tired!  TGIF, because I'm heading to bed at as early as I can get tonight.

How was the week for everyone else?

  • Hi! On Tuesday I ran/walked five miles at the gym.... and yesterday I walked a mile uphill... and that was about it... Just ate a big Mac meal and really feeling like jabba the hut right now... hopefully I can work out tomorrow to offset that. :/

  • I've been keeping up with my cardio/toning and yoga DVD.  I try to do this 5 days a week, and I've been walking a little this week, although it's been raining a lot this week, so that hasn't been as much. Keep trucking, ladies! We're almost there and then we have an excuse to take at least 6 weeks off while we recover and snuggle our new little babes :)
  • My week was pretty good! I got in three yoga classes and a few walks. I've officially given up on doing cardio at the gym and have joined a yoga studio instead. I don't know if it will be as good at keeping weight gain in check, but I'm already a lot happier and actually enjoy exercising again.
