Toddler on belly

I am probably being way paranoid, but here goes. I have a toddler who has had a high fever for the past couple of days (she has been seen by her doctor already) All she wants to do is lay on top of me, belly to belly. Could her body heat be bad for the baby? I feel silly even asking but it's been nagging me.

    Baby is fine, your fine. I would be more worried about getting sick from her than body heat affecting baby.
