Hi everyone!
I had my 34 weeks check up yesterday and it seems as though bub is posterior. This is my second baby. Do any of you have any tips on how to help bub get into proper position? Have any of you had a posterior baby, if so how was your birth experience?
Re: Posterior baby
My doctor said it makes the delivery seem as if the baby is a pound bigger, which sucked for me because she was already 9lb 5oz
There are a lot of horror stories about OP births, and them usually ending in a c/s, but it doesn't have to be that way. Take it all with a grain of salt, try the exercises and positions to encourage the OA position, and try not to worry about it too much.
