Hi! I am moving over here from the March 2018 board. I started bleeding 7/17 and went in and they did a US and I was 2 weeks behind based on the doc (they measure based on my period but I think I was really about 1 week behind based on my ovulation). I continued to bleed for 10 days while waiting for a follow up US 2 weeks later. That 2nd US showed no longer any sac but did show 8mm of uterine lining. I opted to go natural as the doc was fairly sure I was complete. He wanted me to come back 1 week later to get an HCG test to see if I was at a 0 yet. I went in today and I was at a 35.
So my question is how long did it take you ladies to get back to 0? I feel like this keeps dragging on and maybe I should have chosen a different option. Thanks for any advice.

ETA - I just posted an intro thread, for anyone wondering who I am.
With my first miscarriage I was 9 weeks along and my hcg was at 100,000 the day of my D&C (which was the day after the heart stopped beating). It took me 4 weeks to get AF and it was back to 0 another 2-4 weeks after that (I can't remember exactly).
With my second miscarriage my number was much lower (under 3000) and my hcg had been decreasing for a week or so before I found out it was non-viable because my number was only 412 that day. It took me about 1.5 weeks to get down to 10 and that was the last time I was checked (Dr. said I didn't need to come in any more).

I got AF back really quickly after giving birth as well with both of my kids. With my DD, I O'd within a few weeks of giving birth and had my first PP period 5 weeks after I gave birth WHILE exclusively breastfeeding. And AF was back to textbook regular from then on. Some women's bodies just get back to their normal hormonal cycles really quickly.

We got out HCG positive on 7/18, started spotting once on 7/20 then consistently from 7/23 through 7/29. The highest my HCG got was 680, but it only doubled during the first week from Tuesday at 105 to Friday at 421. Dropped significantly in 7/28 to 139 them natural MC on 7/30. I had bloodwork about 6 times in total before it returned to almost 0 (last one was at 3 which they consider no pregnant) on 8/7.
AF just arrived for me last night. So about 23 days after my HCG was considered NP.
I hope your body heals quickly and your stay here is short.
