2. How are you feeling?
Mild MS today, but I'm finally wearing some maternity leggings and they are really helping me feel more comfortable. Is it nap time yet?

Yep - ultrasound next Wednesday

Rave is definitely maternity clothes. Love.

I remember liking Rugrats but generally I didn't watch that many cartoons - usually I liked live action.

I didn't even know that was a thing? I assumed 12weeks.... I'll have to look into this. Weird.

2. How are you feeling?
I was bloated as hell the past several days but it seems to be a bit better today. When I get bloated it also shows in my number on the scale, but typically when the bloat leaves my number goes back down. Was a little disgusted at my number of late but I'm hoping most of it was due to the bloat and it will now improve.
3. Any appointments next week?
Had my first ultrasound yesterday and blood work yesterday and my first exam with OB will be next Thursday

I want to rave at DD. She now knows I have a baby in my belly (unavoidable since she was with me and DH at the ultrasound yesterday) and had the MOST adorable reaction. She's been rubbing my belly and saying "Oh the little baby is SO adorable!" and "When the baby comes out it is going to be my new friend and we can walk around together at daycare!" She even thought to ask if it was a boy or girl (even though we have no clue yet!) I just know she is going to be a great big sister.
Want to rant the disorganization of my OB office yesterday. I was asked to empty my bladder before the ultrasound, but then when I was getting my blood drawn afterwards I was asked to give a urine sample. I was like ummmm.....sorry, not happening. Of course I had to go again as soon as we got back to the car to leave. I'll do the urine next week.
5. GTKY - What was your favorite cartoon as a child? I loved Doug and Rugrats on Nickelodean. Those were the days.

2. How are you feeling?
Today my body is killing me. I'm on the leadership team for my local "Rhea Lana" franchise and the fall sale ended yesterday so we sorted. From 2 - midnight. Others may have worked longer but my back and feet couldn't take anymore. I'm a little naueous but I ate so late that it seems to be bearable this morning.

Yes! Next Thursday morning!

Magic School Bus once I hit school age. Before that was probably Chip & Dale - Rescue Rangers or Muppet Babies. Haha.

@citygirl17 Oh man. So cute. She'll be such a sweet big sister! How old is she?
Our DD likes to sit on our laps and bounce up and down like she's riding a horse. My DH told her she couldn't do that on mama any more because mama had a baby in her belly and she doesn't want to "smoosh" the baby. She's two and doesn't seem to care most times. Occasionally she won't go to sleep until she "kisses the baby night night". Cute by I'm ready for it to not be bloat that she's kissing.

Super Nauseous in the mornings up until lunchtime. Ive also been waking up at 4am the past few days and i toss and turn in bed and snack on saltines until my daughter gets up at 7am...Insomnia is killing me

Good. Ms is ramping up a bit, but still not too bad. Been having some dizzy spells though, not sure if it's my water intake, or pregnancy though.
I do have a problem with drinking enough water...I tend to forget
3. Any appointments next week?
I'm at my first appointment right now!! Been waiting here FOREVER! But I'll get to hear if I stay with you ladies for Friday ticker change or not

Dr was delivering all morning, appointment got pushed off an hour, and been sitting here for another hour and half and still waiting!!!!! Rant over.

hmmm....I think last time doc congratulated me on entering 2nd tri on week 13. So I'll go with that!
2. How are you feeling? I'm feeling way better than I was before. Still tired and get nauseous when I'm hungry.

2. How are you feeling? The nausea has subsided the last two days. Not sure I should get my hopes up that it's going to stay more subdued. Insomnia is for real still. Bloating and gas are my enemies.

Rant on my DS who has decided for the last 4 mornings that he should wake up for the day at 5...a full 1.5 hours before I normally wake him up...leaving both of us exhausted and cranky. Hoping he'll get back into his routine next week.

I always thought of it as 12 weeks, but mathematically I know that's not correct. So I'll go with 13 weeks.

No but I had my early ultrasound yesterday! Baby was measuring 6w5d and you could see a heart beat . The tech will send the report to my doctor but the tech said everything she could see looked good

My mind has been racing lately. Even though my ultrasound went well yesterday I still think about everything that could potentially still go wrong. I've been incredibly fortunate to have never had a loss, but this past year I've had close friends experience really late losses. DD is incredibly healthy and that almost makes me feel like where Ive been blessed with one very healthy child I'm rolling the dice doing this again, especially where I'm AMA this time. I know these are all very irrational fears, but they just seem hard to silence. Pregnancy seems to make me feel super vulnerable and anxious which are challenging symptom!

13 weeks. I always considered 1st trimester from 1-12 weeks. Is there controversy on when 3rd trimester starts as well?? Always thought that was 28 weeks but now I'm curious if there's other thoughts out there on that!
