Good, except most of my sisters (I have 6) didn't show for my bridal shower, so I've got some low expectations.

We announced the sexes at my grandfather's 75th birthday party about 6 weeks ago!
How many weeks will you be when you are having it? 31 weeks
Are you doing all the planning or is someone else? My mom and BFF are. My mom is keeping me in the loop and giving me like 2 options to choose from, but I keep telling her I'd be happy with either option (which I honestly am)
How are you feeling about it? Grateful. Last year when I was pregnant, my mom said she wasn't sure if she was going to throw me a shower. I haven't kept up with a lot of my friends from growing up who still live locally, and she said she didn't want to throw one just for her friends. But this year, she's changed her mind. So I'm very grateful she's throwing me anything and grateful for all of my family friends to celebrate.
Are you doing a big "gender" reveal? Not at all. Everyone already knows it's a girl.

I suggested the location and helped pick the invites. Other than that, I don't think I am involved. Time will tell.

Hey whats the theme of your baby shower? She's About to Pop. We had popcorn, soda pop favors, lollipop centerpieces it was pretty cute.
How many weeks will you be when you are having it? I was 32 weeks.
Are you doing all the planning or is someone else? I got to put my input in. My mom, a few BFFs and MIL.
How are you feeling about it? Honestly it was the most stressful time of my life. I wanted to keep it small since I didn't want a million eyes on me, however MIL wanted to invite everyone she knew because she thought they "owed" it to her, since she has been to xyz showers. When she wanted to invite SIL's MIL I flipped, MIL just said "she gifts good." There were 80 people there, I should have been more grateful but I just wanted a small thing.

How many weeks will you be when you are having it? 35, almost 36 weeks. It seems super late but timing is very tough this fall. My sister is getting married at the end of Sept so October was kind of out since I didn't want my mom/sister to deal with shower details in the midst of wedding stuff/honeymooning. I was also nervous about the NFL schedule since one of my biggest pet peeves (no offense if you're doing this) is when people plan showers and stuff during Sunday football games or other big sports events. 11/5 is my shower date and it's also the Pats bye week, so we figured it was a good day.

How are you feeling about it? okay. I'm nervous about the shower being a month before I'm due and hope I'm not too stressed about putting gifts away and getting everything organized before the baby arrives. I'm also a little anxious about how I'm going to look/what I'm going to wear. I'm bumping pretty good now so can't imagine what I'll be looking like 3 months from now.
Are you doing a big "gender" reveal? We did one a month ago. I told myself early on that I didn't want it to be a big thing, but it ended up being one, and it ended up being really fun. We hosted our close family and friends and treated everyone to some good bbq, dessert, and plenty of drinks. It was a very casual setting like "swing by if you can" kind of deal with no pressure on anyone to attend if they had other stuff to do. But as luck would have it, most people were around and it ended up being a great way to get everyone together. DH hit a pinata full of pink candy and it spilled out for everyone to see -- it was pretty fun. Then I had pink goodie bags for everyone to bring some candy home with them. My goal was to really try to make it as non AW as possible.

Are you doing all the planning or is someone else? My sister is hosting, I gave her some ideas.
How are you feeling about it? I told her no baby shower stuff, no games, etc. Just good food and company! Very small group of close girlfriends.
Are you doing a big "gender" reveal? No, we are not sharing what the sex of this baby is.

Excited! Mostly to see friends and family I haven't seen since Xmas

No. Just had a gender reveal party on Sunday
As for the shower with DH's side...MIL asked when and I was like, "The other shower will be in October or early November, so any weekend between now and October!" Sooooo we'll see...

We had no theme for DD1, I was about 36 weeks I think? My mom and sister did most of the planning, I just gave them an invite list and a few requests for food (more vegetarian options aside from fruit and a veggie tray haha). I did request that there be NO BELLY TOUCHING at all. And it worked!
For DD2, we did cupcakes for my niece and nephew, filled with pink frosting.
How many weeks will you be when you are having it? It's not booked yet, but if it's the date we are looking at then I'll be 30 weeks.
Are you doing all the planning or is someone else? My mom is hosting, so she should be planning it, but now she's overwhelmed so I will probably have to do most of it, which feels icky to me.
How are you feeling about it? At this point I'm stressed and anxious over it. I'm not crazy about being the center of attention and because of that it will be more for my family than for me. I'm grateful my mom wants to throw me one and I'm happy to help and give input, but I really don't think it's appropriate for me to plan the whole thing, which is what I see happening right now.

How are you feeling about it? Ahaha. This makes me miss drinking. But they are -mostly- managing to peacefully co-exist. I think they're both having major culture shock, since they're very very different people with very different expectations and both love having absolute control over situations. Frankly, as long as there is food I'll be fine... the rest is all bonus/extra/icing. (OK, as long as there is food AND cake, I'll be fine.)

I'm not sure. My friend mentioned yesterday something along the lines of Sugar and Spice, but nothing is set in stone.

28. I was going to have to push it to 32 weeks to accommodate my close friend being able to come, but she was able to make it work and now I won't be stressing about a shower at 32 weeks pregnant with twins. Oy, I was really nervous about that!

I would never plan my own shower. My bf and another close friend are planning it. They're PROS at this stuff, so I know I'm in good hands. I kind of want to be kept out of the loop so it can be a surprise
How are you feeling about it?
Nervous about different friend worlds colliding, but that's always in my own head. I'm not inviting a bunch of my family members, because they're all weird and I never see them anyway. Otherwise good! I'm going to perch myself in a chair and eat delicious food and hang out. What could be bad about that?!
