Any mamas out there still working on their fitness during pregnancy? If so what are you doing? Did your doctor give you any guidelines?
For my first, I did nothing!! I was so sick it took everything I had just to shower. I'm hoping to continue to spin throughout this pregnancy. I typically do 3-4 times a week. We'll see how this plays out.
