    I don't know about "ranking" them, but I'll give you my thoughts on each one:

    Cassidy -- cute and sporty, but not so "out there" that it can't be taken seriously on an adult.  A good choice.
    Hailey -- Nice, also sporty, but with a little more feminine flavor to it. Also a good choice.
    Madison -- overused and dated.  Among women currently age 15 to 22 it's very common.
    Harper -- too trendy.
    Caroline -- a classic, but a bit boring.  Great nn potential though! 
    Skylar -- this name is different without being too weird or outlandish.  I wouldn't give it a side-eye.
    Felicity -- A frothy confection.  I don't love it.  I toned-down version from the same root is Felicia.
    Delaney -- Love it.
    River -- Too "out there."
    Avery -- I think of this as a male name, but I have known some girls with the name as well.
    Lily -- Uber-common right now.  This generation's Jessica/Ashley.
    Faith -- Personally, I don't love "virtue" names, but of all the names, Faith is probably the one I like best.
    High School English teacher and mom of 2 kids:

    not a fan of Hope.  That name ranks low for me...ties with Cassidy and Madison.
