How do you prepare frozen breast milk for feeding

I plan on exclusive pumping and I know you can freeze your supply but after you thaw the milk the do you need to heat it or can you give it to the baby cold?

When I thaw frozen milk, I usually put it in the fridge over night and serve it at fridge temp within 24 hours. If I need it immediately I microwave some water and then let it thaw in that and and serve at whatever temp it comes out. This is all assuming your baby isn't picky about bottle temp.

Out of curiosity, why are you EPing?
