  1. How far along are you? Whats your due date?
  19 weeks, 26th December (Boxing day) 
  
  2. Whats the size of your baby?
  Mango 
  
  3. Any new ultrasound or appointments?
  We have our 20 week anatomy scan next Tuesday morning, can't wait to hopefully find out whether we are having a boy or girl 
  
  4.  Have you announced (pics?)?
  Everyone knows now, especially as I have a noticeable bump now too. 
  
  5. Are there any couples that you look at with admiration and wonder how the balance their relationship with each other and that with their children?
  My longest friend who I have known for 27 years since the age of 5, seems to have the most perfectly balanced family life. They both seem so laid back and they take their two kids everywhere. I don't know how they manage camping for weeks on end with a 3 yr old and a 5 month old. When I think about it, my hubby and I would just be so stressed taking everything and trying to keep the kids happy, I just find it easier to stay at home lol. I really do admire them, but then no family is perfect, I'm sure things aren't always plain sailing for them either. 
  
  6. Have you purchased anything for baby?
  We purchased babies car seat at the weekend, since we don't need pushchair as I'm using the same one we used for DS who has only just grown out of it. Ordering moses basket next week once we find out the sex of baby, so I can order the bedding with it. 
  
  7. Any baby or parenting related books you are reading?
  No not really, just been reading online articles and forums mainly. Not really into books as such.

  22 weeks today, and Due date is 12/5/17!
  2. Whats the size of your baby?
  Corn on the cob!
  3. Any new ultrasound or appointments?
  Next appt is this Friday, normal check up. Will ask when the glucose test will be done.

  yes!

  Not particularly.

  oh yes. Lol. Lots of hair accessories 
  7. Any baby or parenting related books you are reading?
  Nope.  
  
  Hey @kate0506 thanks for creating the thread! Hehe. Hope all is well with ya! How very exciting about your AS coming up  
  That was so much fun to watch our little one for an hour. They measured everything, down to fingers and toes! So cool 
  Cant wait to hear all about it. I'm not big into books either, I'm doing the same...online reading.

  Hi @ShyTonia, yes, very excited for AS, my hubby can't make it unfortunately as he has to take care of our 2 yr old DS. He's gutted, but we have decided if they can see the sex 100%, I will get them to write it down and put it in an envelope, so we can open together when I get home. It's only fair, and I want it to be special when we find out. 
  So exciting for you expecting your first, lots of shopping to do, I would secretly love a girl this time round, just so I can do loads of shopping lol. But I'm happy either way, save lots of money too if it's a boy as saved loads of DS's clothes. Keep ya posted. Take care

  3. Any new ultrasound or appointments?
  Anatomy scan last week and everything looks great! Measuring 4 days ahead.... big boy!

  Yep! 
  5. Are there any couples that you look at with admiration and wonder how the balance their relationship with each other and that with their children?
  I have several friends and acquaintances where I live that I definitely admire. Mostly it's because they are both working and seem to just 'do it all'..... 
  6. Have you purchased anything for baby?
  We ordered our furniture, It'll be here at the end of the month! 
  7. Any baby or parenting related books you are reading?
  The Mayo clinic book on pregnancy is pretty overarching, I also read a great blog called 'Coffee and Crumbs' that is a great motherhood blog.

  I keep forgetting to participate in the Tuesday Ticker Change. Hi, Tuesday ladies!  I hope everyone is feeling great! 
  
  1. How far along are you? Whats your due date?

  AS scan is tomorrow!  I'm so excited! 
  4.  Have you announced (pics?)?
  Everyone knows. We announced to family at 12 weeks and friends/social media at 16 weeks. 
  5. Are there any couples that you look at with admiration and wonder how the balance their relationship with each other and that with their children?
  My college roommate is someone I've always admired for her relationship with her husband, but even more so now that she has a son. She lives far away now but we got to see each other last week and I was just so impressed with her patience with her son and the way her and and her husband interact with him and each other. They still get out for date nights often and are just so sincere with their love for each other and teamwork with parenting.
  6. Have you purchased anything for baby?
  I have not. We were waiting for the AS to hopefully learn the sex. If it's another girl, we will have lots of clothes already.
