Well, I went in for my follow-up ultrasound today, and my baby boy didn't have a heartbeat. He looked so peaceful though. They sent me home and I had to call my regular OB to figure out what to do next. D & C is scheduled for Friday. I'm heartbroken but I have been somewhat preparing for this ever since my appointment a couple weeks ago where I found out about the down syndrome diagnosis and cystic hygromia.
Well I won't be hanging around here any more, but I hope all of you mommas have a happy and healthy pregnancy. Maybe I'll stop by in January when all the littles are born. Some extra hugs to my fellow Jan 16 mommas, I'd love to hear how the little ones do with the new babies.
