I know we are not allowed to ask if people think we are P, and I'm not asking. Just getting symptoms off chest and opening a discussion for similar situations.
I think the hardest thing for me is understanding what I want to be true in my mind and what really IS true. I'm trying to be as honest with myself as possible. Some things are obvious (temp, CP, CM). Others like cramps, boobs, gas..etc. are all causation type symptoms that could be happening due to diet, exercise...etc so not so obvious.
Here are my most obvious signs: 1) Temping - I didn't start temping until 3dpo. It rose steadily from 3dpo to 7dpo. On 8dpo it went down .5. Today, 9dpo, it went right back up to highest. 2) Cervical position - The position itself has stayed relatively the same. I felt like it dropped a little one day, but it has been fairly medium - high height. The texture had been the same as well medium - hard. Today....WOW....very soft. Yesterday, 8dpo, I was almost dry with a little watery CM. Today CM is very thick and creamy. Things that are relative and may be caused by other factors: 1) Tired - I really have gone off and on with this. One day extremely tired, the next energetic. Yesterday was the biggest what-the-heck for me. I haven't really FELT tired, but I laid down listening to a book during lunch yesterday and next thing I know I woke up snoring. When I got home, I fell asleep watching tv and stayed asleep for 3 hours. Woke up, took shower and DH told me to go back to bed. Slept like a baby all night and didn't get up to workout this morning like normal. The night before I went into all this hibernation lol, I tossed and turned most of that night, so I could just be extra tired from that night. 2) Food - I've been so picky. A little hungry but nothing sounds good. Then I'm not hungry but know I should be so I start to eat and dont stop. I never get full. I ate a whole jar of salsa with chips yesterday and my stomach didnt budge. 3) Had pulling burning sensation inside right hip all day (but on and off) yesterday. It was very dull but obvious. This is not the same as most other implantation symptoms I've read. Everyone I read says they get a sharp stabbing in stomach around belly button. I haven't felt anything there at all. 4) Fighting something - Had sore lymph nodes under neck yesterday but no fever, no sore throat...nothing. It is gone today. 5) Happy and super annoyed at same time 6) Felt very very spacey 7dpo. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. Walking around, I felt like I wasn't there. I found myself just staring at my computer at work. I don't have much of a wondering mind.
Symptoms I haven't had much or at all: Sore boobs (they feel a little full but most likely in my head) Areolas haven't changed that I can see. No real cramping (see previous paragraph) No breakouts - skin actually looks really good Some bodyaches but attributing to workouts No nausea or dizziness No bloating
I know everyone is different and I also know that there's a strong possibility a lot of this may be in my head, but needed to get off my chest and make note of it in case I dont get my BFP so I can keep track of whats different each month. I'm going crazy thinking about this. I don't know how women do this from month to month.

So you aren't asking if you are pregnant, just listing a bunch of symptoms and seeing if anyone else has them?
I should also say, I have had all the symptoms you have, and the symptoms you don't have in various cycles. I have been pregnant zero times in my life. Symptoms mean diddly squat.
Please do not symptom spot like this, it's generally discouraged in TTGP. It will seriously just drive you crazy and not tell you anything remotely reliable.
TW - BFP When I finally got a BFP all of my symptoms came AFTER my positive test. If you have true pregnancy symptoms then you could test positive right now. So go test. If it's negative then none of these things have to do with pregnancy.
If you wanna know the difference month-to-month, track it. Download Fertility Friend. Check off every single symptom. You'll notice a trend.
Better yet:
Don't symptom spot. Nothing means anything. Sore boobs=pregnancy? Nope. mine are sore before every period. Peeing a lot=pregnancy? I'd say every three months I pee a lot. I'm still not pregnant. Get this, this a dozy... THROWING UP and not sick = pregnancy? BIG EFFING NOPE. Because I puked yesterday and checked today. And I am not pregnant.
So basically the only things that DO = pregnancy?
A second pink line. A blood test from your doctor. An eventual ultrasound showing products of conception.
Oh look, that's all that is on the list.
To recap: Symptoms =/= pregnancy.

If you didn't start temping until 3dpo... How do you even know if you ovulated?
If only there were some scientific way to find out if you were pregnant, like, a test that you could take at home. Short of that, I did learn recently if you pee on a pile of pinecones or inject your pee into a frog you can find out if you're pregnant.

I didn't even notice that... probably because I couldn't be bothered to read through all that BS.
Basically, OP, you are totally Knocked the F**k up. Please don't even bother using... what's it called, again? OH. A pregnancy test. Those totally aren't reliable. Don't even go to a doctor. They will just waste your time. Just go straight on to your birth month board.

Reported. It's completely unnecessary to start a one-off thread to post potential pregnancy symptoms, even if you claim you aren't asking if you are pregnant. I recommend getting a paper journal or starting a digital journal if you'd like to. If you do get your BFP, you can share these symptoms in your BMB.

If you're pg enough to have any symptoms, your pg enough to turn a positive test. The cruel reality is that pms and early pregnancy symptoms are the. same.
I tracked my my cycles for birth control for a year before ttc, and panicked every month because I was SURE my boobs were TOO SORE and this was the month we had mis-timed. It never was.
I hope you get your bfp this month, I really do, but symptom spotting will just make you crazy! If you have a specific question about your cycle, introduce yourself, and jump into the tww thread, there's a spot for questions.
2. This is a long, AW, detailed list of symptoms. Why do you think that anyone here would care to read all of this? Because... see 1.
3. For clarity, we care about your symptoms about as much as you probably care about us- not that much.
4. Would you go up to a strange group of women in the mall and tell them all of this and then ask them what they think of it or to commiserate with you? No. You wouldn't. Because that would be weird and make no sense. Same thing here.
5. Why does no one who posts these one off AW posts get 4? Why?
Wow! Hope you guys are really proud of yourselves today. Thanks for that. If you don't like the post, don't comment. Thats it...all you have to do is walk away. Its THAT easy!
And as far as ovulation, there are more ways to tell if you've O'd than temping....including one major one called a Ovulation Predictor Test, which I did take and know exactly which day I O'd. So now you can take your snide remark and your rolly eyes and walk away too.
I won't delete my thread because I don't care whether you think it was appropriate or not. Symptoms are different for everyone and not everyone gets them right away. I understand that. Then again, some people do!
Thank you again for making this a safe place to talk about stuff that no one else outside of this forum cares to hear or talk about because they're not in the TWW like we are! And with that said, I hope you all get your BFP's because I actually care and have something nice to say. Fairy Dust to all of you.

Fun/helpful fact - opks DONT tell you you've ovulated, just that your body is gearing up to ovulate, it's totally possible to have a positive opk and not ovulate, temping makes it more clear.
No one has been rude. Just read the newbie guide pinned to the top of the page, follow the rules, and these ladies are incredibly helpful and welcoming.

^^ This! I've had 5 positive looking OPKs this month. During different weeks, not consecutive days. Temping is the only reason I know for a fact that I'm yet to ovulate. Also, you've gotten lots of good advice. Just because it's not what you wanted to hear doesn't make it mean.
OPKs dot actually tell you when you ovulate but thanks.
They merely show a surge in hormones that may or may not lead to ovulation. Some people can get multiple surges in one cycle if they have PCOS. Some people ovulate the day of a positive. I didn't ovulate until over 48 hours AFTER my first positive opk each month. And only knew this because of *gasp* .....temping!'
there is a fantastic daily thread Calle the TWW where you can DD your symptoms, but an entire AW thread for that is completely unnecessary. We all know you "aren't asking if you are pregnant" but are definitely fishing for someone to tell your all that SS totes means you are KTFU

I'll interpret:
I didn't read the Newbie Guide or lurk at all.
I don't care about the culture of this board, I do what I want!
Again, I didn't lurk at all so I have no idea that there's a discussion about this going on EVERY SINGLE DAY in TWW.
I think that fairies have something to do with getting KU.

Oh girl, you've got a lot to learn
But probably no need because it always seems like the people that know the least about TTC get KU the fastest.

1) Temping - I didn't start temping until 3dpo.
Things that are relative and may be caused by other factors:
1) Tired - I really have gone off and on with this.
5) Happy and super annoyed at same time
6) Felt very very spacey 7dpo. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. Walking around, I felt like I wasn't there. I found myself just staring at my computer at work. I don't have much of a wondering mind.
Symptoms I haven't had much or at all:
Sore boobs (they feel a little full but most likely in my head)
Areolas haven't changed that I can see.
No real cramping (see previous paragraph)
No breakouts - skin actually looks really good
Some bodyaches but attributing to workouts
No nausea or dizziness
No bloating
I know everyone is different and I also know that there's a strong possibility a lot of this may be in my head, but needed to get off my chest and make note of it in case I dont get my BFP so I can keep track of whats different each month. I'm going crazy thinking about this. I don't know how women do this from month to month.

TW - BFP
When I finally got a BFP all of my symptoms came AFTER my positive test. If you have true pregnancy symptoms then you could test positive right now. So go test. If it's negative then none of these things have to do with pregnancy.
To recap:
Symptoms =/= pregnancy.

If only there were some scientific way to find out if you were pregnant, like, a test that you could take at home. Short of that, I did learn recently if you pee on a pile of pinecones or inject your pee into a frog you can find out if you're pregnant.

Our journey has come to an end.
Why?

No one has been rude. Just read the newbie guide pinned to the top of the page, follow the rules, and these ladies are incredibly helpful and welcoming.
Actually, there are a lot of women talking about stuff like this in the TWW thread: https://forums.thebump.com/discussion/12713987/tww-wed-8-02#latest
Also, OPKs only predict ovulation, they absolutely do not confirm it. It is possible to get a positive OPK and still not ovulate. You would have know that if you had read this thread that says "Read this first": https://forums.thebump.com/discussion/12685680/the-ultimate-ttgp-guide-newbies-read-this-first/p1
Oh girl, you've got a lot to learn
