  They'll probably adjust it based on the u/s, but only if it's more than a week different. Otherwise, they'll usually go by lmp.

  OPKs still don't tell you which exact day you're ovulating, just that you're body is gearing up to ovulate in a few days after your positive LH test.  So all you're really know is you Od later than usual, but to say five days is just kind of a guesstimate as well.  KWIM? So even if you do an EDD based off that, it's still just an estimate, unless you were temping to confirm.
  
  All that to say, you're right, it doesn't matter.  Your OB will just give you an estimated due date, and it'll be just that, an estimate.

  Yeah I figured as much thanks for taking the time to respond .  I'll prob be scheduling a c-section so would prefer to push it as late as possible.
