1) How far along are you? How big is baby?
16 weeks, Avocado!

2) How are you feeling?
I've been feeling good, aside from something crazy that happened to me Monday night--I had a spot of light in my eye as if I'd been staring at the sun. It started out small then grew. I started googling (Google crazy over here..) and I couldn't even see half of the screen because of vision loss! I chugged some water and it ended up going away followed by a headache. It was pretty late so I went straight to sleep. The next day I had a pretty bad headache. I called my dr to let them know what had happened. They said I was likely dehydrated and since I had been on the go all day (and in the heat) that likely was the cause of a migraine. I have only ever had a migraine when I was younger, but never experienced the vision loss. It was odd, but glad to know I just need to drink more water!

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing?

It's a girl!!!! I'm so excited to shop for a little girl! We have DS and he's been fun to dress of course but the options for boys are so limited! Yes to showing! If you know I'm pregnant you can tell, but probably not so much to a stranger just yet.

4) Any appointments this week/last?

Had an appointment today (7/28) and all was well! HR 140 and has been consistently so. That old wives tale about boys having the lower HR has been proven wrong. The Chinese calendar was also wrong. It was wrong for DS as well!

6) GTKY: Let's talk the nursery! Are you doing one? Have you started? Theme?
I have not started and probably won't for a couple months but definitely have lots of ideas. I really like to keep things neutral! Grays, beiges, white, and black. However, since finding out it's a girl, I purchased the first nursery item in a golden/mustard yellow color (a pillow lol). I'm thinking of going a boho direction with it. Any other colors I might use will be pale blues & blush pinks!

13 weeks, size of a lemon!

Pretty good! Just tired, so I've been taking naps while DD naps.

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing? I'm still in the awkward sausage stage lol but we found out today, IT'S A GIRL!

14 weeks, babies are each the size of a peach!

2) How are you feeling?
nausea is FINALLY (but slooooowly) starting to go away! YAY! but heartburn and fatigue and headaches are fighting for the dominant spot...oy.

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing?
we are having a boy and a girl! and I think i've started showing, but it's that in-between where i can definitely notice, but not sure about other people noticing...

4) Any appointments this week/last?
Last week we had our NT scan. one baby was good and cooperated, the other didn't. we went back this week to try again, and both babies were not sitting still! I'm going to have a handful on my hands...

Luckily none for now. I'll probably think of something in about 20 minutes though...

We're doing a nautical theme (I know, overdone, and DH doesn't hesitate to remind me! lol) but I love it, and he had given me free reign over the nursery! We've ordered the furniture and it should be here around Labor Day. My dad is refurbishing a rocking chair that i had in my room as a baby, and we just found an ADORABLE little bookcase on craigslist that i picked up today. Since we're having twins, I think i've become OCD about wanting to get the nursery set up a early since twins usually come a bit early...one less thing to worry about later on... ::shrugs::

@leeeahyo Yup, migraine aura! I had one last week. I get migraines pretty often when I'm not pregnant. I've only experienced the aura a handful of times, but I've had it twice this pregnancy! I woke up last Thursday with the all-too-familiar spot of blindness and called in sick to work right away. Sure enough, about a half hour after the squiggly lines in my vision went away, I got a massive headache that lasted for a day and a half. I'm totally behind on my posts, and missed out on this week's ticker change, but I wanted to speak up and let you know that migraine aura is very common and nothing to worry about, just annoying. Try to follow your doctor's advice, stay hydrated and well-rested, and I hope you don't have to experience it again!

I am 17 weeks - baby is the size of a pomegranate.

2) How are you feeling?
Pretty good apart from frequent headaches, and constipation

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing?

Not yet and showing slightly, I can feel a bump lying down more than anything...Istill don't feel like I look pregnant.

4) Any appointments this week/last?

No appointments until the 9th of August

I'll get started in a few weeks when we know the sex, for a boy we plan a space theme and for a girl fairytale themed.
