How's everyone doing this week? Work has been very long. Why is it always that emergency projects crop up the last few days before you go on vacation? I took yesterday off from exercise in the name of getting needed sleep. Last weekend we got in a great hike on a trail that wound through blueberry barrens. Score 1 for exercise with foraged sustenance! Monday I went for a jog, which felt great. Tuesday and today were yoga days. Wednesday the dog and I got out for a long walk.
I have enough of a baby bump that workout bottoms are becoming tricky. The over the bump ones don't stay up, and the pre-pregnancy ones keep rolling down. Frustrating.
Did much better this week. One day of walking and 2 days of Zumba. I just broke down and ordered some maternity workout crops from Motherhood yesterday. My pre pregnancy ones felt like I couldn't breathe! Not looking forward to being HOT during workouts because of the belly band, but oh well.
