    @Kirss Yeah, I think avoiding herpes was probably the better route! That sucks that it's on your record forever. I think a lot of people make mistakes like that as teenagers that shouldn't have to follow them around forever.

    @MJDsquared Yeah it is what it is at this point. It was it was almost 13 years ago, soooo. I did find out that the court had keyed it in wrong, to a 3x Felony DUI, but after a phone call they put it back to "zero tolerance." I found out that work background checks usually go back 7 years, that's why my CFO told me, and I work at a government agency, so it's not hindering me all that much.  
    I agree though, some people might not have been as "lucky" as me, and should be able to erase some of their history, to find jobs or what have you.

    @MJDsquared my story is really lame! I was arrested in college for bringing my 21-yr-old friend to the liquor store. I was 20 and driving. Cops ran my plate and saw I was underage, so they followed me out of the parking lot and pulled me over and arrested me. It was a big sting the first weekend back at school and a bunch of others got arrested too. Luckily since most of us had clean records they let us plead not guilty so al we had to do was pay a fee and attend an alcoholics class. Nothing on my record and I guess is an interesting story. :)

    @peachy13 You can be arrested just for driving people who are of age to the liquor store?! Whoa, I never would've known that. But yeah, if you're gonna be arrested for anything that seems like an ideal situation. Haha.

    @eazybreezy225 I have eaten it, but I don't really like it. I stick to the cooked stuff (and continue to eat it throughout pregnancy!)
