Notifications?

Help me! I've been a bumpie off and on for 4 years now but I cannot figure out what is going on here. Where are the notifications? Where it tells you if someone quoted or love tits (titted? tat?) you? I feel like a grandma trying to figure out the interwebz for the first time. Am I missing something?

    If you're on mobile they don't show unless you are on the app when it happens. On the computer mine show in the upper right on a little globe. But I don't think anything shows for lovetits.

    Also a question like this could totally go in the weekly randoms or weekly questions threads.

    can you try using your phone's browser instead of the app?  I try to never use the app - it's so poorly made.

    Oh that's what I use! I don't have the app. Can I  get them on the browser??
