Fitness game plan for this week: Do something active every day including swimming, walking, yoga, etc. , and do moderate to strenuous activity for 30-60 minutes 3 times a week (kickboxing, HIIT, running/biking).
Did you meet last week's goals? Yep!
Fitness goal for this month: Same as the plan for the week. Adding in eating clean (fresh fruits and veggies, lean, fresh meat and good fats)
Anything else you want to share about your fitness plans/journey? I used to be great about fitness and eating well and for some reason got out of it 3-4 months back and have had a really hard time getting back into it. TTC is just the kick I need to get back into it, and after one week of going back to the gym and meal planning for good meals, I remembered how good it is for my mental health!
Any rants or raves? Frustrations? The stinking heat makes it SO hard to be outside to exercise, and I much prefer that to being in the gym!
