Weekly fitness check in?

 I haven't seen one of these in awhile. I've fallen off the wagon... like badly! I can start it on Monday mornings if you want. Anyone interested? We can add/change things if you want.

For any new people, here's what we used to do.

  • Sure! I try to exercise most days and eat clean. I have Beachbody on Demand. More accountability is always good.

  • Yes please! I need this, especially since I'm trying to get into a habit of running before work with the pup (and not just on my days off like I usually do).

    Current stats if you'd like to share!  (Usually starting weight, current weight and TTC goal weight.) Nope :) but I have a BMI of 25

    Fitness game plan for this week: Do something active every day including swimming, walking, yoga, etc. , and do moderate to strenuous activity for 30-60 minutes 3 times a week (kickboxing, HIIT, running/biking).

    Yep!

    Fitness goal for this month: Same as the plan for the week. Adding in eating clean (fresh fruits and veggies, lean, fresh meat and good fats)

    Anything else you want to share about your fitness plans/journey?  
    I used to be great about fitness and eating well and for some reason got out of it 3-4 months back and have had a really hard time getting back into it. TTC is just the kick I need to get back into it, and after one week of going back to the gym and meal planning for good meals, I remembered how good it is for my mental health!

    Any rants or raves?  Frustrations? 
    The stinking heat makes it SO hard to be outside to exercise, and I much prefer that to being in the gym!

  • I'm on board!  I discovered at my appointment last week that I weigh about as much now as I did when I was full term with DS.  So now I'm making a real effort to lose some weight.  I'm on vacation now, so I think I need to take it easy and just plan on getting strict when I get home.
