It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*

Re: Weekly Symptoms 7/17-7
I had no swelling my whole pregnancy with my 1st and than right after I had him the top of my left foot swelled for like 2 weeks. It was really odd and nothing helped. I would ask your doctor at your next appointment or sooner if it's hurting you.
My symptoms are that I'm still so tired and I have a hard time falling asleep especially if I get woken up during the night. I'm also burpy. I hate it. I never used to burp and now it's constant. So gross. And my nipples are still super tender and sort of itchy.
Just thought of something - since it's in one leg only, is there a chance you have a blood clot in your leg? My dad had a slightly puffier ankle on one side only and thought it was from his ankle bothering him from running, but it turned out to be a blood clot.

If you aren't happy to have a little carry bag for when you change them in your bag then even going part time and wearing cloth at home may reduce the irritation .
I have found some underwear irritates my skin lately but I feel like it's more of a blood flow type of issue than moisture . Like there's more circulation and like puffing in the area than normal that makes the skin more sensation.

Just doing things i normally do .I'm so obstructed I tend to do a lot of things sitting or on the floor with dress making and not having a large cutting table which is really awkward now
Also in general sitting at a sewing machine for long periods gets cramped and I'm struggling to get comfortable when I sleep .
This belly is huge and just in the way .
Not really experiencing extremely symptoms throughout the pregnancy.
I'm still active although slowed down the extra weight and compromised abdominal muscles makes some stuff harder than others . Like getting up off the floor . Like why is it so hard lol .
I have ban getting achy calf muscles and ankle/feet especially at night and first thing in the morning tho only had 1 actual cramp at 19w I am now starting to feel like if I stretch my legs out quick in the morning they'll cramp. Which I'm not used to as I haven't had leg cramps before .
Also have a new awareness of my pelvic bone . Sometimes similar to an ach but not painful more aknowledging a part of my body I don't usually felt . I suspect it's the softening of the ligaments allowing movement I can feel and its just a new type of sensation . Like when you stretch your body thinks it is pain but it's just new if you relax and listen to what the muscles are doing its just different or uncomfortable not actual pain . It's like that . Under my public bone and in my sacrum which kind of clicks and crunches a little when I'm in a reclined posture .
Nothing to complain about its just new
I also take a prenatal multi which has it in it and omegas
I always suggest magnesium to people haha . My husband takes it for migraines when he goes off it or forgets back they come
Its a Good suggestion . I wasn't think about it much maybe I'll up the dose see if it helps . Might start having Epsom baths before bed too help relax a bit more and get comfortable
I think it's doesn't help it's so cold I could be tensing or laying too long in one spot because of the cold
