Low Progesterone - Trying IUI with Clomid (loss mentioned)

Hi Ladies!

This is my first time posting! My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a year and a half. Just when we gave up trying on our own and scheduled our first consult with an infertility clinic, we found out we were pregnant. Unfortunately, my progesterone as only 1.7 and I miscarried. It was a long, drawn out miscarriage. I had to take the pill twice, ended up in the ER after taking the second one and then had a DNC at my Dr office (not fun).

My body is finally getting back to normal and we are starting IUI in a few week. I'll be taking 50mg of clomid. I was told this should help my low progesterone issue. Has anyone taken clomid for low progesterone? Did it work for you?

I would push for progestserone suppositories at least as well.

Hello, I am sorry you have to be here but glad you joined us. I was on clomid, but not for low progesterone. I would agree with @Ash_SE, that you should ask about progesterone supps.
