I haven't seen one in a while so I thought I'd kick it off!
What are you struggling with this week?
I told a group of friends this Saturday and leading up to it I was very nervous and stressed. Almost chickened out. The midwife also couldn't find the heartbeat at my second appointment and although logically I know I shouldn't worry too much yet (10 weeks and it was a Doppler not u/s) it still felt sucky.
How are you coping?
I did yoga once this week. I've been talking with my mom about my worries. It helps me keep from bottling it inside.
What's one recent win?
I actually told my friends! That makes me feel relieved. And they were all so excited which made me feel good. I think their support will be useful.
Can you think of one positive quote/motto/mantra you can share?
I think if this in terms of self talk-
Ask for help when you need it.
Worry is normal but not helpful.
Looks at the days passing. Each week is a win.

Thanks for starting the thread! I wouldn't worry about the doppler. They couldn't find a heartbeat for DD until I was like 14 or 16 weeks because I have a tilted uterus.
What are you struggling with this week? Finding the energy to take care of DD while pregnant with these twins. DD has been difficult this last week and really tested my patience. I am now starting to worry about the whole 3 kids under two years thing.
How are you coping? Lots of cheeseburgers
What's one recent win? My in laws said they would be willing to help us financially if we needed any help and I know we probably wont take them up on the offer, but it was so nice to hear.
