  On Friday I'm seeing the MFM to have an ultrasound to check my cervix (history of LEEP).
  
  I'm reallllly hoping I can ask them to take a peek and see if they can tell if baby is, indeed, a boy (that was our guess at NT scan and I have a strong feeling it is a boy). My boys want another brother so badly!!!

  Had my 16 week appointment today. No US, but got to hear that little heart beating away in there! Seriously the sweetest sound. Everything looked good, and I'll go back in 4 weeks for my anatomy scan.

  I go on wensday for the first trimesters screening i will be 12 wks

  Had my 12w appointment today. Learned I'm anemic, which isn't a shocker. I have been most of my adult life and it's a complication of Fifths Disease; I'm hoping the extra iron helps the exhaustion I've been feeling. 
  
  I have another u/s in two weeks to check on the baby, to see if he's developing any complications from the Fifths. The A/S is scheduled a little early, if we make it that far we're finally in the clear. 
  
  I also learned today that my age makes us eligible for genetic counseling. I'm not sure if that's something I want to do or not.

  Originally I was supposed to have a BP check in on Friday, but my BP was so good last Friday (and my protein was down) so they cancelled it and I don't have to go back until next week! I do have to check it at home and let them know if it goes up and doesn't come right back down, but so far it has been behaving itself.
