For your hair stop using conditioner every time you wash your hair. (If you do) my hair is oily regardless of pregnancy and that's what I do to cut down the amount of grease. I also have to change my shampoo every once in a while. As for your face I have no idea, I have yet to stop looking so shiny.

I use baby oil to clean my face... it was suggested to me in England when I used to get facials ((well I mean a fancy bottle of oil was suggested, but I sub baby oil)). It cleans out the "dirty oil" and replaces it with clean oil and helps with any excess. So my face isn't shiny.
I was told to try a charcoal mask for my face waiting on that to come in I'll let you know how that goes! As for hair... I'm oily skinned with very fine thinning hair. Dry shampoo for freshen ups and briogeo spray in conditioner/detangling type stuff has really helped without using heavy conditioner. I also have naturally curly hair that easily tangles so once per week I will use a heavier volumizing conditioner. Hope I helped
