My fave so far is Beau, it's just the one that comes to mind most when I look at my two year old daughter and imagine if she were a boy! Could Beau be short for anything besides Bowen and Beauregard?
Boaz. There's also Bodhi, but that's very "white people trying to look cultured and failing"
I like Beauregard best though for Beau. May I ask your daughters name? In a vacuum I prefer Ezra best of your list, but depending on your daughters name I might vote for something different.
I don't really want to "out" myself on here by sharing my other kids' names since I haven't even shared my pregnancy at all yet, but oh well. If you know me, hush please lol.

I think Beauregard is too much for me too; as much as I'd like a longer name to fall back on, I think Beau on its own will work best for me. Either Beau Oliver or Beau Daniel! I'll think on it a few weeks and then post a poll for mn. Thanks y'all!
My brother is just Beau and he always got so many compliments growing up on his name. I think it's great and would name my son that in a heartbeat if I was having a boy and it wasn't my brothers name
I want to love Beau, and if it existed in a vacuum, I'd be fine with it. But two things would make it a "no" if I were looking for a boy name"
1. Meaning -- It is an old-fashioned word for "boyfriend." To me, it's the male equivalent of naming a girl Sweetie or Honey. An less well-known meaning is a fop or dandy -- basically a guy who's really into his appearance. True, people don't always know the dictionary definition, but the meaning would make me uncomfortable.
2. Spelling -- People will constantly wonder if it's Beau or Bo.
You can't go wrong with Ezra. It's miles better than Beau, IMO!
Re: Boy name help- short list. Beau perhaps?

the only one I'd cross off is Abel.
siblings are Asher, Eli, Liv, and Chloe.
