Sorry ladies, I don't spend much time on here, and not sure where this needed to go. I fell earlier today. I am 37w2d and landed on my knees. I have had some cramping but no true contractions. Do you think baby is ok or should I seek care?

You need to call your OB or labor and delivery where you plan to deliver and ask them

There's nothing more to say than this ^. I sincerely hope you'd know this and call your doctor, and not ask a random chat forum. Wtf.

For the love of God, please call your OB!

Dear internet strangers,
Would you be so kind and offer medical advice?
Please never do this again. Do not trust untrained strangers to tell you if your baby is ok. Doctors make the big bucks for a reason.

It's probably not related. Cramping is normal at this stage. But yeah, ask the Dr.
