Mobile bumpin'...

1. 10 weeks, double digits! Size of a strawberry.

2. Like absolute crap. If anything like DS, expecting only 4 weeks to go with the MS.

3. First OB appt on Tuesday.

4. Rant: Everything is sucky right now having been sick with MS for 4.5 weeks nonstop now. Rave: Only 4 weeks go to.

5. Honestly, I don't think I've had one so I'll consider myself lucky!

1) How far along are you? How big is baby? 9 weeks, cherry

2) How are you feeling? Still nauseated all day. Even eating didn't help me today. Bad taste in my mouth all the time. And exhausted. But every day I don't throw up is a win.

3) Any appointments this week? First OB appointment on the 19th!

4) Rants/Raves/Questions? I bought some onesies on Zulily today that made me laugh, and these are my first purchases of baby stuff I've made. One says "You can't sip with us" with a bottle on it. I got one for my friend that says "Mommy is a lot nicer now that she can drink." Some of them were gross though, like the one that said "I'm proof daddy does more than just play video games." Please don't make me picture your parents having sex, baby. Just ew.

5) GTKY: What's the worst date you've ever been on?
I've had some bad ones, but the worst was actually the day after my first date with H. I met this guy for coffee, and we met online, and I showed up and not only had he ordered coffee but he had ordered food too, and was almost done eating it. So not like "I ordered food ahead of time we could share," but "I was hungry, you're on your own." Then when I walked up to say hi he went for the cheek kiss and had a piece of egg on his face. He literally had egg on his face. After I got a coffee we chatted, and he told me how he was on anti-depressants* but was hoping having a girlfriend would inspire him to get off them. He said he wanted to lose weight because he used to be in shape, and hoped having a girlfriend who worked out with him would inspire him to lose weight. Then he told me he's pissed that women didn't throw themselves at him the way they used to when he was thinner and said we're all so shallow, but he was also pissed that because he was bigger now only "bigger" women wanted to date him. But we're the shallow ones, right? Oh, then he asked me if I wanted to go back to his place to hook up. Later he messaged me and said he thought I had my life too "together" to date, but we should just be fuck buddies instead. I politely declined. This guy was a walking red flag of an emotionally manipulative relationship.

*Just wanted to point out his being on anti-depressants on its own isn't a red flag, but his relying on a girlfriend to get off them is. That way whenever a girl threatens to leave him he can be all "Fine, but I'm going back on medication because of you, so live with that!" I know a guy who did that to a friend of mine. What a dick.

Does anyone have a pregnancy pillow yet? I barely have a bump but my body pains are interrupting sleep! So maybe it's time to buy one?
5) GTKY: What's the worst date you've ever been on?
Second date w dh. First date was fine, second date we had barely anything to talk about and the conversation just dragged. I was about to ask for the check and run away, when he said "let's get dessert" and ordered. I thought I would die from boredom and awkwardness. 5 years later we aren't bored of each other!!

tired AF. nausea is there but not crippling.

3) Any appointments this week?

No! First week without seeing baby. TBH i kind of liked it. It's stressful with work to have dr appointments and IVF has had me on dr appt overload. I'm releived to have a break.

4) Rants/Raves/Questions?

We cleaned out our basement to find the old stroller and car seat from my son. Since we had such a long gap in between kids I am so sad to see that my car seat expires in April 2018. I'm pretty sure that kiddo will have enough weight to transfer over to a rear facing convertible by end of April cuz I would prefer to not buy another infant seat for just a couple months.
5) GTKY: What's the worst date you've ever been on?
omg so many. I cannot tell you how many dates that I heard in detail about broken off engagements. One that sticks out is that I met a guy for drinks in his neighborhood. Well I was at my parents that day so had to travel like an hour to get there. He is late to the bar (that was 5 minutes from his house) and tells me he needs to run to the ATM for cash so bails on me for another 10 minutes to go do that. And so i awkwardly sat by myself and was pissed that I drive that far and he was so close and he could have done that during my hour long drive there. Plus he was like working part time at the park district and had no plans to get a better job.

tired and emotional, like i am crying at the most ridiculous things, oh and awhile I'm tired i can't seem to fall asleep or stay sleeping

5) GTKY: What's the worst date you've ever been on? I went on a date once with a survivalist/ prepper. He talked about how prepared he was for when society collapsed the whole time.

Feeling great, but definitely more emotional lately.

First ultrasound and doctor's appointment is on Tuesday. Excited because it's also our wedding anniversary.

5) GTKY: What's the worst date you've ever been on?

I've been lucky so far too and haven't had a bad date. Only dated one other person before my husband.

9 weeks today!! Baby is the size of a cherry!

2) How are you feeling?

I was actually feeling better for a few days but nauseous again! I'm getting excited to finally share the news with people!! 3 more weeks!

Still no appointments! Nothing until week 15 because I am out of province! Eek!!!

Nothing yet! Just patiently waiting to hear this little peanuts heartbeat!

Nauseous always. I am also getting over mono and the fatigue is kicking my butt.

I don't have an appointment for a couple weeks

none, I married my HS sweetheart. I don't think we have ever had a bad date

1) How far along are you? How big is baby? 10 weeks, a strawberry

2) How are you feeling? Nauseated all the time, and hungry and tired. Pretty miserable but luckily its getting better.

3) Any appointments this week? Last week, US, healthy baby and good heartbeat!

4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Sciatic nerve pain is back already. Had it during my first pregnancy and I remember it starting a lot later.

5) GTKY: What's the worst date you've ever been on? Not many luckily! None that werent me just being picky.
