I fvcking hate Dell

We purchased a new computer from them about a year ago. In the past year, it has crashed 3 times. It crashed again Sunday. It will be fine for a bit, then just shut down. I have been on hold for a good two hours already today, and was on hold for four hours yesterday. I think they owe me a new computer. Angry Mama is not happy.

    That is why our whole company (1,000+ employees) switched to HPs last year. I wouldn't buy a Dell if someone paid me. Sorry you're dealing with it. Sad

    We've had a dell for 6 years now and it doens't give us any problems.  That said, that sucks.  They totally owe you a new computer.

    Yeah we will never buy another for our personal use or for the business. They actually tried to pacify me with a refurbished one. Um no. I want a brand new one.

    WI is settling with Dell soon about this very issue.  I think Dell is giving 46,000$ to WI.  We just have to fill out forms about what issues we had and proof of warranty and that we were not given the 0 interest or same as cash as they said we would. 
    Not sure what direction we are headed. Either way, I am up for the ride.
