Tell Me Something Good! 7/12/17

I wanted to start a post asking all you lovely moms-to-be to maybe share something good or exciting that has happened to you this week! It can be something as simple as someone held the door open for you or paid for your food in the drive thru. Whatever it is, let's spread some good vibes. Babies love good vibes! And I'd love to hear all about it! :)

I can start. I posted in TW Tuesday about how work has been my TW. But after I posted that, I went upstairs to greet a client and they had a one week old baby girl. She was the most precious little peanut! I've had MS all morning but the moment I saw that little face it went away, briefly. But it was a brief moment that will get me through the rest of this MS. Knowing that at the end of all of this, I get to hold and snuggle and love a little human... makes it all worth it. That's my good vibe for this week.

  • @ellekell peanut free table? That sounds so sad. All the schools around here have banned peanuts (maybe all nuts, idk) completely.

  • Yes @arhodes6 I've lurked a few that are quite intimidating!

@KLmyz Not in Canada, but ours closed, too. Awful. So, so awful.

@chasingroygbiv this one was intimidating for sure. That BMB even got into a turf war with another BMB and a bunch of regular posters on both boards got banned. It was extremely entertaining and I literally LOL'ed at the snark, but I didn't ever want to post.

Yeah, different schools handle food allergies differently. Some have peanut free tables. Some just put the kids with food allergies away from kids who bring allergens, but still at the same table.

Our school serves peanut free lunches, but a lot of kids bring their own lunches from home.
