Our current top choices: Lydia Sophie Chelsea Lorelei (would go by Lora) Joanna
middle name would be Marie, to honor a family member.
Thoughts? Other suggestions? Our last name is two syllables and ends in ARD. TIA

I like the name lydia but for me the L and D sounds are too similar to elodie, so I'd prefer something different like chelsea marie to balance out with the other girls names

@ashleyandely Margot was on the list but my H vetoed it
Thanks for all the input! I am really favoring Sophie but for some reason just can't commit. This baby might be named in the hospital

Too bad! Margot is awesome!
Sophie is a wonderful name. I can imagine committing to a name seems very final. You have some great options. I also love Lorelei with the sibset, it's different, without being too out there (just like your other girls' names).
The long e ending is what's tripping me up too, and I think part of why I can't commit to Sophie.
I do like Blaire a lot but I feel it leaves Élodie being the only overly feminine one.
Piper and Hadley are 6 and 4. Élodie is 8 months and new baby will be exactly a year younger than Élodie- I will most often be saying "Élodie and new baby" since the older two girls are in school. Also, Élodie's nick name is Lottie, not sure if that helps.
We have eliminated Chelsea for now.

I like Sophie best even though it is popular. But I actually don't think I know any personally! Just one Sophia. So maybe if it isn't too crazy popular in your area either, it would be good.
Re: 4 girls...Sibling set help
Suggesting Olivia, Sylvia/Sylvie, Margot.
Lorelei is also nice and I like PPs suggestion of Sylvia.

Lydia is kinda close to elodie, but I like it. And Madeline is great too
Sophie is pretty, just really popular right now
