hi all

im new here! 30yo and my dh and I have been ttc #2 for about 15mo. I had my dd at 26 weeks in 2014 and have also had two losses (
@6 wks and
@9wks) each requiring a d&e.
we had our first RE appt a few weeks ago, and had workups done for recurrent loss (still waiting on results). I had a hysteroscopy and femvue this week and there was scar tissue blocking the entrance to my uterus (dr fortunately was able to break through with a biopsy tool), and the "bubbles" could not get through my right tube. The RE said it was likely a tubal spasm, but now I'm worried it could be blocked.
I've recently done three failed cycles of clomid (I conceived dd on clomid) and this is my first cycle on femara. Insurance doesn't cover monitoring so RE agreed to try a few cycles unmonitored first. It feels like everyone I know is pregnant, and I know how blessed I am to have my 26-week miracle baby, but I'm feeling frustrated with ttc and hoping we can successfully add to our family!
