Hey ladies! Around this time it becomes hard for a lot of us to keep anything down so we take what we can get! But have any of you had any luck with healthy food choices or even some light exercise?
Personally I've had no real sweets cravings, but I'm also not dying for a salad. I want carbs all the time! Crackers, top ramem, toast... I did however pick up a few things of strawberries and a watermelon so I'm hoping to mix some fruits and veggis in my mix. I used to LOVE veggis with just a little ranch dip but even the thought if it right now makes me feel sick
