@dpjennifer Ugh, that must be both painful and annoying to hear. All I have are creepy internet hugs.

Heyyyy all you people, come to Oregon! Hee hee. I just moved here 3 years ago (Portland area) but we love it. Family is completely on the other side of the country but whatever.

    1. Y'all know me. I think.
    2. WTO CD6 I think.
    3. R/R: been AWOL but my boards are now over with. It was a bloodbath. Find out in the next 2 weeks. Just keep thinking of all the things I over-thought and guessed wrong.
    4. GTKY? was this a reading question? I kinda stopped reading these past few months with studying but I did squeeze in the James Patterson 16th Women's Murder Club, want to get back to one I started on the early history of New Orleans (in laws live there and the city absolutely fascinates me).

@dpjennifer I love your snark on TTGP this morning, btw  ;)

@ladipale it was on the thread about trying to have a specific gender baby.....should be just a few threads down, easy to find.

I haven't really spent any time in central OR (any time off I go to NY, TX, NOLA to see family), but when my mom and I drove here from Atlanta we came across 84, OMG so gorgeous! Been meaning to get back on the other side of the state!  :)

@jchpg and @zamora_spin I also hate when people say that. I feel that I should have went in to see my RE away sooner than I did. It took us six months to get pregnant and at the time everyone told me that. Oh now you know you can get pregnant, that's great. But now it's been a year and a half since my loss and I'm still not pregnant. I should have went to my RE last summer.

    1. Introduce yourself if you're new.  I intro'd a long time ago but then disappeared - I'm 35 years old- DH is 41....I've had two losses-  a MMC over 10 years ago and a second tri loss 04/2017 ......no live babies in between
    2. Status? self benched this cycle- June was my first AF post loss and it was terribly irregular- I bled for over 3 weeks so I'm crossing my fingers for a normal cycle in July
    3. R/R?  we have just started going around family again after losing our son and everyone TRIES to be comforting, including my mother in law who talks about a second tri loss she had inbetween having her two sons- and I appreciate the thought but I just get so tired of talking about it every time I'm around them but don't know how to say that without sounding like a complete b****
    4. GTKY: What are you currently reading?  I wish I had time for books :/

@harleyquinn0621 I'm so sorry for your loss. People often just don't know what to say. Could you ask them (maybe even via text) to let you be the one to bring up the loss if you feel like talking about it? (If that would be preferable to you).

    1. Introduce yourself if you're new.
I'm a lurker coming out of hiding. I'm 36, husband is 28. In my first marriage I struggled with infertility (PCOS). With current husband we got miraculously pregnant after 3 cycles. Then we had a MMC in May at 12w2d (baby was 8w4d).
    2. Status?
First 2ww after our MMC, super anxious. Scared I'm not pregnant. Scared I am.
    3. R/R?
I work in mental health and it's amazing how many clinicians, good strong clinicians, have no clue how to react to a loss.
    4. GTKY: What are you currently reading?
Textbooks. I'm in my last semester of class work for my MSW. So I read a lot about trauma and family/group therapy. In who free time I have I'm trying to re-read the Harry Potter books.

@zamora_spin i went to my first big family event. luckily it wasnt that bad.... i got a couple of 'i'm sorry for your loss' from people who have not seen me recently but otherwise no one discussed it... i did get one little comment from my mother in law.. "i really want to be a grandmother"...which kind of made me uncomfortable but otherwise it was ok....
