I saw a Buzzfeed article tonight about tips to make a pregnancy easier. Most of it was some of the same stuff in pregnancy article, but I really liked the part about having a "pregnancy mantra," something to help us get through the anxiety and the paranoia we feel in between OB appointments.
"We can either be paranoid and miserable and wish our lives away for the next few weeks, which won't change the outcomes of our pregnancies, or we can be happy and celebrate that we are pregnant, and if the worst happens then we'll face it knowing that at least we had a few weeks of joy."
I loved this quote and wanted to share it with others counting down the days to our next appt.
Anyone else have a mantra to help ease the worries?
