  • hahahaha, you're funny. I have barely exercised my whole first tri. with the extreme fatigue and dry heaving and what not.

    disclaimer: I am starting to feel better and my second tri is when I plan to ease back into my gym routine.

  • I'm getting dressed and heading to the gym right now. It's the first day in a while I don't feel totally exhausted and I'm off so it works out.
