I've noticed a trend on here of BFing mommas getting worried as their LO seems to drop in the percentiles over the months. Mine has done the same, but I found some really helpful info on kellymom.com. BF'd babies tend to gain rapidly in the first few months (possibly putting them on higher percentiles), but they tend to be skinnier in the later months (hence the drop over time). Kellymom has growth charts that include only BF'd babies, instead of the ones that our pedis use that include a representative sample (so, if less than half of American babies are BF'd, the chart includes less than half BF'd babies, which can skew the results). It made me feel better to see that my LO is doing well on this chart, and I plan to show it to the pedi at our next visit to see his thoughts on it. He hasn't shown any concern over DS's weight, but I worry about it some.
