AFM, my beta today was 3218, which is great. But then I went for my first run since before the transfer (I'm a semi-serious runner), and I really took it easy and only went 2.5 miles, but afterwards I felt crampy which made me realllly nervous. I am not going to run again until after the ultrasound, which is 10 looooong days away. I'm so afraid it will show a blighted ovum or an otherwise nonviable pregnancy. You're so right, @Cowboycorgi that the waiting is brutal. And there's waiting at every stage... waiting for retrieval, waiting to see how many fertilize, waiting for how many make it to blast, waiting for PGS results, waiting for transfer, waiting for first beta, second beta, third beta, ultrasound... It never ends.
Stairbear just have to say you're a smart cookie...not even sure i wouldve realized the midwife thing - wouldnt have crossed my mind that was an option. I'm thrilled u got such a great beta! And i'm sure you're super fit and an athlete but girl you worked SO HARD to get here, you'll have forever to run!! My gf was 40 when she got pregnant and just went for a light brisk walk with a friend and starting spotting and her dr said, you're older and its not necessary and to take it easy. Now she was not like you exercising all the time, but this was just walking. Let your bean get all comfy cozy and then later on bounce it around like crazy Maybe biking would be less on the body right now?

Hi Ladies! So sorry I didn't update after my transfer yesterday...it went perfectly! Transferred two hatching blasts (courtesy of assisted hatching), OH did acupuncture on me immediately before and immediately after and my Mom was there for support. The rest of the day OH and I just sat on the couch and ate a bunch of food (I started my pineapple & brazil nuts) so it couldn't have gone any better. This past weekend has been pretty rough since the car accident, I've been very sore with headaches and neck pain but it's improving each day. Just been trying to rest a bunch. Thanks everyone for checking on me! My beta is on 7/6 (10dp6dt)!!!

@Hopeful_mom You are so right -- now's the time to let my nearly-microscopic bean nestle in all cozy, and I can bounce him/her around when I am safely in the second trimester. I know I've worked so hard to get to this point, and so after not reacting well to yesterday's run, I am at peace with letting my fitness slide for the next several weeks, even though I like having the next day's workout as something to think about/occupy my mind. But I am going to really take it easy, at the very least until next Thursday when I go to my first ultrasound and see what's happening in there.
So happy about all the recent transfers, BFPs and encouraging betas. Wishing the best for everyone on here!

Bmb? Another FET month? A fresh IVF month? Taking a break? Paif? Hanging out with the complete newbs and hardcore vets in 1stTri?
Im asking because I want to keep intouch with your fertility journeys, but for those that are moving to BMB we will be split between Feb/Mar. Of course the girls that have BFN, CP, or other forms of miscarriage might all be headed off into different directions.
My plan is to head to the March BMB once it is created, or if this baby doesn't end up being my take home baby, I'll be taking a break but on TB infertility forum.
My plan is to be in the march board, but it hasn't been created yet.. hopefully it will be soon. With me, there is still a possibility of being in the Feb board or even the January board.. i guess time will tell. But when that time comes ill update here FIRST!!
@Cowboycorgi I'm planning on being in the BMB February board, assuming my due date is Feb 1 . I've been thinking about being in the PAIF 1st trimester board but may just lurk there.

@cowboycorgi that's a great question, I'm not sure. I joined my bmb for DS and i still talk to some of those girls every day and they are some of my best friends but idk if I fit in with a regular bmb given all I've been through this time around. I might check out PAIF or the feb bmb and see how it is.

Can I vent for just a second? TW all over this. I'm feeling pretty shitty today. We got a call the other day that DH's Grandfather is in his last days. DH's mom lives with us and takes care of the twins. She hopped a plane this morning to go be with her dad. DH acts like he doesn't want to go but I feel like A he needs to and B deep down he wants to. But I have barely any PTO cause I've used it all for FET's I have 4 days left for the year and I still have a bunch of doc apt's to fill. I only have a backup baby sitter for a few hours a day so he has to stay home to be with the girls. I kinda feel like my desire for this child is trumping his ability to be with family right now. His brother called me yesterday and was saying that is bogus that DH isn't going and kinda got nasty with me but no one knows that we have been doing all this. Kinda hard to deal with today.

@thucks Do you have anyone that can help out for a day or two so your DH can spend some time with his grandfather? Also, I hope you told your BIL to piss off because he was really out of place. I really hope things work out in both your favor because we all know what it likes to not be able to say goodbye to a love one and I'm sure your MIL can use the support right now as well. Do what's best for your family hun and take it easy as well.

@thucks, that is a no win scenario! I'm so sorry that no matter what you do you can't make everyone happy. I know my husband isn't super sentimental, and he would probably be saying the same things your husband is saying. His sister would call to bitch me out knowing they can't get to him. So in these cases I just let my husband make up his own mind and not push. It isn't the best way to handle it, but best for my sanity.

You guys, I'm only 2dp6dt and I'm already sweatin' my TWW! Last time I remained pretty cool until about 5 days past but I'm just terrified that I don't feel any different. The only good thing is that my last transfer was 3 days after retrieval and I was just off the stim meds so my body was all out of whack and there's no way I could tell the difference between side effects and symptoms and this time I actually have a level of 'normal' and will hopefully be able to feel if I am pregnant. But then again it's so so early in my possible pregnancy that any symptoms would prob be imperceptible. AHHHH!!! I feel like I'm going crazy. Suggestions or advice welcome!

Lol! The lord has this!! @cowboycorgi that is a great beta number regardless of the doubling time..

Im asking because I want to keep intouch with your fertility journeys, but for those that are moving to BMB we will be split between Feb/Mar.
Of course the girls that have BFN, CP, or other forms of miscarriage might all be headed off into different directions.
My plan is to head to the March BMB once it is created, or if this baby doesn't end up being my take home baby, I'll be taking a break but on TB infertility forum.

I have basically been following this thread from the beginning and congrats to all you BFP mamas to be and also GL to those mamas to be that hasn't gotten BFP yet but in the process.
@thucks Do you have anyone that can help out for a day or two so your DH can spend some time with his grandfather? Also, I hope you told your BIL to piss off because he was really out of place. I really hope things work out in both your favor because we all know what it likes to not be able to say goodbye to a love one and I'm sure your MIL can use the support right now as well. Do what's best for your family hun and take it easy as well.
