I'm BF'ing and wondering about PPP or pregnant

Anyone know what the average PPP while breastfeeding symptoms are? I'm 8 months postpartum and here are the symptoms I've been having:
-fuller/tender/sore breasts***
-VERY tired
-menstrual cramps
-pinching sensation yesterday at times?
-headaches
-nausea/not good appetite
taken one test and it read negative (though I will say it was one I had handy from the dollar store). Thinking I may re test in a week if I still feel this way. It's so hard to tell if pregnancy or period since they are so dang similar lol so in the meantime just wondering what you ladies experienced prior to getting your period or if you think I should be on the look out for a positive lol ahhh the wait is brutal sometimes...
