@JJMNO1616 yes, it does. Most REs will do an IUI with anywhere up to 4-6 follies though since we're already infertile and chances are it won't work anyway (with the exception of classic PCOS people who I believe REs still try to get only one or two follies since IUI has a better chance of working for them)
@kbamomma33 I'm sorry you're dealing with so much. As painful as it is right now, it's good that you're starting to understand the situation better so you can know that you are not alone, know it is her and not you, and to start working on solutions. Hopefully those solutions won't have to include cutting her off completely. Do you have any coverage for therapy? I think it would really help to have someone to talk to who can help you with strategies and to reassure you along the way that you're not a monster for taking care of yourself (as she might try to make you feel).
@JJMNO1616 You said that full flow hit in the night. Were you just spotting yesterday? My RE's office goes with full flow after 8:00 pm = the following day is CD1. You can count it however you want but I would maybe count today as CD 1. I'm sorry AF is here, regardless of how you define her arrival date.
@grnmtnmama This is how my acupuncturist recommends adjusting for time.
@pebbledam FX you get to move to 2nd shift & it helps.
@justkeepswimming8 FWIW, I usually get five or so days of EWCM before O.
@kiwi2628 I hope that your ute chills out and tomorrow's IUI goes well and with less cramping.
@looeeze Reading TCOYF? That's a keeper! As for the OPKS, I would commonly get a couple days of nearly positive OPKs. I would do the digitals in the am and then use Wondfos for testing a couple times a day. I've only gotten full positive OPKs when testing in the early afternoon.
@wisewitch222 GL meeting the rest of your big goals for the year!
@RVAmom315 Sorry for CD1. GL with the HSG and for YH's SA.
@vlfux33 One follicle is great for an IUI. FX it's all you need. (If not, maybe ask about doing a combo cycle where you add some FSH to the mix. I think it makes a difference for me.)
@hedgepig What about charting is giving you trouble?
Month/Cycle - 16/16 (TCAL)
CD: 13
WAYDTGKU: Clomid, Gonal-F, Ovidrel, IUI, boatload of vitamins, all the tea, pineapple after O, GDTPT, uhhh... and things like that.
R/R: H's flight landed in time, I picked him up from the airport, we went the rest of the way to the main clinic (that's the one that's open weekends), and ended up getting there with just the right amount of time before H's appointment. After his appointment, we walked to Starbucks to wait for mine. Mine was quick and painless and then we were on our way. On our way back to the airport to get H's car, we stopped at a tamale place that I love and then got elote, too.
CS/Q: Nope
GTKY: H and I do a planning meeting in January each year. We're making decent progress on some of our goals.

@kiki75 Mostly it's my own damn fault that my chart is so messy... it's my first month temping, so I'm sure I messed up a few temps, and then I went on vacation and forgot my thermometer, so I have a 5 day gap in temps. Even though I got a positive OPK and EWCM at the same time, I didn't get a noticeable/sustained temp spike, so no CHs. I'm not sure if this cycle is anovulatory, or I just messed up my temping, or if I am having a longer than usual cycle and might still O later. Sigh. I feel like such a noob. P.S. Thanks for sharing the temp correction suggestions, they seem like a good resource! Chart in spoiler.

@hedgepig Temping does get easier. You find what works for you and you get into a rhythm. I used to sleep kind of crappy because I was worried about temping. See what it does tomorrow. I'm not the foremost CS expert but, depending on why you have the open circle on CD15 and if there was anything like alcohol or crappy sleep that may have brought your temp up on CD6, I think you may have O'ed and it's just going to take another day or two of temps. It's not going to like that open circle and it doesn't give out CH until 3 days of higher temps.

@kiki75 I know, I was thinking that myself but this AF has been so weird. I had heavy spotting for 3 days and on Friday it was heavy enough that I was marking my panty liner. The blood was also bright red, not just brown old blood. So that's why I decided to count Friday as CD1. It just picked up a lot over night and became heavy... so I'm not completely sure?
@hedgepig my temps stay pretty high during AF but I find FF doesn't really care - I still get cross hairs. If you put in two more high temps for the next couple days as placeholders does it give you cross hairs?
@kiki75 Thanks for the supoort! Today was another high temp, so hopefully it stays that way.
@doxiemoxie212 I tried putting another couple of days of high temps in and it still doesn't give me CHs, so it must be because I'm missing all those temps. Argh! I guess the only way to find out is to just keep going and see what happens.

@hedgepig stick with it. I promise it makes more sense eventually. Below are two pics of charts very early in my charting career. Temps are all over the place (and looked completely hopeless until later in the cycle when I had more temps) but FF still found a pattern eventually:
@hedgepig The community standard is to wait for CH. Otherwise, people go to TWW then realize they didn't O yet so back to WTO. Unless you're in the IF crowd and triggered (a shot that overrides your system & forces ovulation) we mostly wait until FF believes.

@pebbledam Sorry to hear about your messy chart - it must be so hard with your sleep schedule! Mine is a disaster and I sleep pretty regular hours..
@kiwi443 Yay for your IUI! FX for you!
@vflux33 Glad to hear your follie check went OK... 1 is better than none, so FX for you!!
@doxiemoxie212 Sorry about the hangover, but glad that you had fun! Hopefully you're feeling better by now...
