Velamentous Cord Insertion

hey everyone. I will be 23 weeks tomorrow and was told yesterday at my US that I have a velamentous cord insertion. My doctor isn't available to talk about it until Monday. Just wondering if anyone has heard of this or has had some experience with it? Thanks!

    I was just told I have this and I'm 21 weeks. My son was stillborn in Sept. 2016 so I'm extremely nervous and probably in the same boat as you right now. From my understanding, if it isn't vasa previa it isn't AS dangerous but if you were to go into labor on your own, your baby could die. You'd want to have a planned C-Section early and probably bed rest. I'm wondering the same as you and worrying sick.
