who or what is really just being a twatwaffle to you?

My job is a twatwaffle. I work for a large healthcare system and my god is it a fucked up place! You have to jump through 100000 hoops to get the things you need, everything needs a signature, and even though the manager running the practice should really know best (me), it still needs to have some high up CFO's approval who doesn't even know what I do or what specialty I am. It is driving me crazy. On top of that, for being in the healthcare field, we are probably in the most unhealthy work environment known to man, the goal is to just work us until we die...it's actually disgusting. Even though we are a doctor's office, and not even primary care, they want us open the day after thanksgiving and every other day before or after a holiday, even if NONE OF MY DOCTORS ARE PRACTICING. WHY?! I don't know because they say so.....I don't think they care that my staff are run ragged all year long, you can't let me give them a couple of days off around the holidays? Its truly deplorable.

End Rant..that felt good, but now I am even more mad.

I love TW Tuesdays! Right now, my house is being a twatwaffle. We have a 3 bedroom which was totally fine for the four of us. Now that it's going to be the 5 of us, I hate everything about our house. I swear our stuff multiplied as soon as I got that BFP and we don't fit all of the sudden.

I work for heathcare as well and its the same here. Do more with less. And if you make a mistake, its your fault. Not possibly that you were forced to work 16 hours straight. They are cutting staffing on all levels to have a better financial outlook for a loan so they can build and combine two hospitals. It is an epic fail to say the least. So I guess my twatwaffle tuesday is the same.

Oh and also to the jerk face who parked too close to the drivers side door so that I had to climb over the passenger side to put DD in her carseat.
