We all know how difficult these last few weeks of pregnancy can be...physically, mentally, and emotionally! Celebrate your accomplishments here, big or small!
I'll start-I caught a piece of food before it fell down my shirt and was lost forever...I felt like a freaking ninja. Also, I kept it together when DH said no, we can't get take out tonight. I really, really, really want pizza.
ETA: No, DH doesn't make decisions for us, we are just broke right now and my cravings can override my logic
I cleaned a bathroom yesterday. I think I might be nesting, because until the beginning of this week, nothing in my house had been cleaned since my mom was here on April.
I pushed my daughter (19m) in the stroller around the park 3 times this morning at 40+2 weeks pregnant, then came home and played with her on the floor for an hour. I'm exhausted but it was nice to spend some quality time with her while she's my one and only!
I just made a coconut cream pie! Also ran a bunch of errands with dh this morning, put sand in dd's new sand box, and planted the last herbs in my garden. Goals for the rest of the day are pumping up my birth ball, getting clean sheets put on my guest bed in case my neighbor has to come over in the middle of the night to watch dd when I am in labor, and figuring out what the heck we are going to have for dinner.
I managed not to scream at my 7th grade math class!!!!! They got a hefty assignment instead for being incredibly disrespectful and I won't even grade it because my grades are already done.
Yesterday : I shaved most of my legs. I got waxed. I installed the car seat. Today : I made (ugly) cookies. I made laundry soap. I put a load of baby stuff in the washer.
I made an early Father's Day breakfast for my H, since I'll be in the hospital on the actual day. I cleaned the kitchen and then took my boys to a local food festival.
Excuse me while I go do nothing for the rest of the day....week.
39 weeks and VERY quickly losing motivation to do more than a load of laundry a day...but I did make these chocolate marshmallow cupcakes for my sister's party yesterday! They were amazing.
@GoodWitchoftheNorth you can't post pics of homemade goodies on a pregnancy board!!!! That has to be a violation of bump rules right?!?!? Just kidding! They look delish and I'm kinda jealous of your sister now! Hahaha
@huzzahuzza In retrospect, I should have put strawberry slices on top...wouldn't that have been SO delicious?! I didn't bring any leftovers home bc I knew I wouldn't be able to control myself.

Maybe they should have been a FFFC.
Edited because spelling is difficult.
