My hanging around the house clothes are from Target and Old Navy (sorry, @DuchessOfCambridge). My work clothes/going anywhere clothes are from Pea in the Pod, courtesy of a shopping-addicted MIL.

@kissthesky32 no need to apologize, I know I've brought up my reasoning before but I don't fault others for shopping there. I wish I could, the stuff is cute and cheap!

Motherhood Maternity has such cute stuff that I can actually afford. I don't really have friends to give me hand me downs but a woman I work with just had her last baby and said I could go through her stuff and take what I want for free!

I haven't found any that I like so far. I'm on baby #3.

I generally shop at Target or Old Navy for things I have to try on since that's all we have around here.  However, now that I know my sizes, I really enjoy finding deals on Zulily.  My favorite clothes have come from their site.

DS1 is 7.  DD is 1.  DS2 is coming in late April.

I have a combo of stuff from Motherhood Maternity and Thyme Maternity (maybe just in Canada) - a couple of things from Zulily and a few things from Old Navy.  I've collected overtime as I was pregnant with DS1 and DS2 at different times of the year.  I also have a couple pairs of lululemon pants that are old and soft because I put them in the dryer and they have saved me for years as home pants after baby.

I did buy the PinkBlush dress from Zulily that @NYTino24 had on in HDBD a few weeks ago. In typical Zulily fashion, it still hasn't arrived.

I have received a ton of hand me downs from my sister.  What I buy usually comes from Old Navy or JC Penney.  I love JC Penney's ANA boyfriend tee's.  They are my jam.  I also like Motherhood but I feel like I'm always tugging at the pants/capris to pull them up. I am currently trying to justify at $70 dress from Motherhood for maternity pictures.  I know my husband won't mind but in the back of my mind I know this is my last pregnancy and it's a ton of money for a dress I won't get much use out of.

@av2323 I just bought a dress on Motherhood that I love in two colors because the dress dropped from $90 to $40...:grimace: They were blush/light blue and I figure I can wear one to my baby shower depending on boy/girl and also to a bridal shower and a wedding.

Probably I'll end up returning at least one. I felt stupid buying two of the same dress as I was doing it lol.

I got a ton  of maternity clothes from friends
.. Everything that I've bought for myself has actually been non maternity. I like the look of fitted clothes over a bump so I've just been buying dresses a size up in stretchy materials. I recently lost a lot of weight so all my summer clothes from last year are actually still a bit loose on me now, I really don't have to buy anything.
Eta: I usually don't wear nice things to more than one occasion, so I buy things super cheap. My everyday dresses I wear a million times but any dress I wear to an event will likely never be worn again. I tend to drop them at women's shelters

I'm super basic tank tops and jeans kid of person so I'd say Old Navy is where most of my tops come from, Motherhood for my jeans/shorts. I have a lot of hand-me-downs that are nicer and come from Pea in the Pod. So I'm a mish mash.

I went a little crazy at Pink Blush and their stuff is cute and well made.  Have liked pretty much everything I ordered from them and it is appropriate for work.  You can get a great deal on nice jeans if you look at a Pea in the Pod sale items. I also got a really cute swim suit from there. I looked at Target and Old Navy and wasn't that impressed.  I got some work out clothes and one maxi dress but that was it.

I voted SS because A) plus size mat clothes are hard to find and I always feel like I look frumpy in them because they're SO big in some areas (arms and thighs) but tight in others (bust and belly).

    B) I live in SweetLegs tights and oversized tshirts because I'm a SAHM who lives in the middle of butt f&$@ nowhere and I don't see other humans ever lol So I don't have to give a shit about how I look. If I go grocery shopping, I put on my one pair of maternity jeans

I voted Motherhood Maternity because that's where I bought most of my clothes on the one shopping trip I've done so far. Pea in the Pod was too expensive for my tastes and for clothes that I'll only wear a short time. I picked up some maternity tshirts from Old Navy, though, that I'm liking a lot. I still need to give target a try.

Most of my tops were hand-me-downs from a cousin, but all of my maternity jeans came from a local store because that was the only place that sold them and I refuse to buy pants online. I have to try them on. All of my tank tops come from Ross. They were the only place I could find tank tops that didn't have shelf bras. My of my daytime nursing bras are all hand-me-downs too, saved a bundle on those. Other things were bought as needed, ie special occasions or night time nursing bras. This time around seeing as it is our third and final I just bought a few pieces to stretch my current wardrobe like long lightweight vests and a dress that will work before and after baby.

Has anyone found good options for more petite maternity clothing? I have a pretty narrow frame up top and keep finding things are baggier than I'd like. Maybe this is because I'm not quite ready for maternity clothes yet? Not sure.

Most of my maternity for at home/weekend wear came from hand-me-downs. My office is far less casual than the clothes I was given, so I picked up a handful of work dresses on Gilt Group during one of their maternity boutique sales.  I also picked up some plain white and black maternity t-shirts from Gap.

I either head to Target or Motherhood. I just bought a few things of zulily (pinkblush). Never tried the brand but I love their patterns.

I've got a bunch of tank tops and tshirts  from Target and I like how they fit. My only jeans are from Motherhood. It's proving super hard to find plus size maternity that doesn't just fit like a tent, and I'm right between XL regular sizes and plus sizes. Scrubs are even worse!  I got a bunch of hand me downs but right now they are all too big.

So far mine have come from Burlington Coat Factory or second hand that I've either scored deals on on facebook or a thrift store. Friend just had her baby and said she was selling her stuff soon so we'll see what she has

I didn't vote because I don't have one particular place to shop. Motherhood, old navy, gap are a few. I've been eyeing Pink Blush but haven't bought anything from there yet. I bought a dress from Kohls and a few outfits from Macy's who carries Motherhood.

I tried to buy a secondhand lot of 3 tank tops, 3 shirts and 1 hoodie for $10 today, but when I got there all the tanks were shrunk (I have some of the same brand so I could tell) and wouldn't be long enough and the shorts had bleach stains:( didn't buy them. I was sad because it's hot out and I need some shorts.

I now have 6 bags of maternity clothes plus stuff I bought before being given it. I have stuff from most other popular brands. By far, the best stuff has been from Pink Blush via Zulily. It washes and wears well and fits me. I get complimented the most when wearing it. I'll have to put some on for HDBD.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*

With DD I was so new to the game I didn't know where to start I ended up getting a few pairs of  Motherhood Maternity pants from Macy's for work and then went to the actual Motherhood store and found tons of cute shirts.

This time I am pregnant in a different season and I'm a SAHM so I didn't need anything too fancy. I picked up 7 nice short sleeve tees from a Just Between Friends Consignment sale for $10 and then found a few pairs of comfy shorts and jegging Capris from Wal-Mart for $30.

I have a lot of hand me downs, but most of what I have bought over the years were from Old Navy and Target. Honestly at this point in the pregnancy, I wear maternity jeans, regular leggings, and regular shirts/dresses. And generally speaking about past pregnancies, I definitely have a bunch of maternity shirts, shorts, and pants that I like, but I still wear a lot of my regular shirts. They're usually stretchy and fitted and look cute over the bump.

@DuchessOfCambridge I would say to give it a little more time. Maternity shirts don't fit me right yet either.

Most of my clothes (so far just jeans) are from a garage sale. I was able to get 5 pars of jeans and one pair of capris, all like new, for ten bucks. I couldn't pass it up since this is my last baby. I am going to one of the outlet malls near me this weekend to buy some shirts and some shorts from Motherhood Maternity.

I have a mix of hand me downs and leftovers from 2014. At that time Pea in the Pod was part of Motherhood/ Destination Maternity store here. I used a 40% off gap sale and bought a few tops and a later a pair of jeans 50% off to round out what I have. I'm really picky about mat jeans bc that's mostly what I wear. Must have real pockets. And feel right. The Gap jeans don't need constant adjusting.

I haven't bought any yet, but a co-worker gave me about 10 pieces of maternity clothing (i.e., pants and shirts). I plan to shop at thrift stores. I don't normally buy very many clothes and hate spending money on them. Also, if I am only going to wear them a few months, I see no point in spending much money on them.

Im finding Gumtree great..... it's a place where people sell stuff second hand..... like a trading post or other similar. I find alot of very expensive brand name maternity clothes that are hardly worn for cheap.  Like my Maternal America jeans..... for $10! And my seraphine dress.... $200 in stores currently. I got for  $60. It had been worn once. :)

So far I've just topped up my winter wardrobe . My style is a forest dark mori or stregga influence. Lots of natural tones and fibers and multi seasonal slow fashion pieces. So most maternity clothes aren't really appealing.  What I was due for were more basics tops and things up a size to accommodate my bust more than belly and have gotten some new 'one size' type garments like wrap skirts and large drape layer jackets that I'll be able to wear now , Through winter and the pregnancy and also later when I go back to normal size because they are oversized or one size pieces already .

Really struggling as more of my things don't fit and are usually xs or s so replacing simple things like singles and long sleeve tops to wear under wraps and scarfs or with skirts mean I don't need to get a short term wardrobe. I needed to replace some tired pieces this season anyway so rather make it multi size and multi season so I can still dress my style I've never experienced body issues before and never lacked confidence in this way so finding it really challenging loosing control over my body image and not having things that look nice on because I don't like my body in them

    @DuchessOfCambridge

I'm also super tiny and H&M has been the best. Great basics - t shirts, three quarter sleeved shirts with cute patterns, leggings that actually aren't too long, really cute and comfy pants (they have ones in different colors with zippers on the ankles that are actually short! And love the biker treggings.)

Before pregnancy I had stepped away from H&M in favor of Banana (great petite sizing) and designer jeans from Nordstrom Rack. Part of being in my 30s with a decent job. But their Mama line has really allowed me to retain my style while pregnant.

@foxairt I am having the same struggle. I've also been struggling finding maternity clothes that fit well with my petite frame, everything looks like a damn tent or is too long.

Bought jeans from gap because I needed 10 long. No luck at thrift stores. I got a few things off of Zulily as well.

This article gave me some style inspiration and ideas on where to shop so thought I'd share. I have a couple things from Zara right now but don't see myself splurge on any of the more expensive stuff but it does give me ideas on how i want to dress for the summer.

The very first place I shop for maternity clothes is goodwill.  I have a bunch of goodwill clothes in general- my local store even has a boutique section where I have gotten plenty of ralph lauren and white house black market stuff in great shape.  Then after goodwill I often look at the consignment shops.  Since this is my second I got bigger much earlier and don't have time for being uncomfortable.  I wore out my old jeans and pants last time, so I did hit up motherhood maternity when jeans were on sale and got a couple of tops from target.  I also got a couple of everly grey dresses from zulily.  I have an H&M jacket because I had a 40% off coupon and might checkout some of their other things.  But my favorite tops are from mamasan maternity. Does torrid do maternity yet? I need some things with skulls and retro inspiration in my wardrobe.  It also depends on sizes.  I am plus sized-- a solid 14/xl pre pregnancy and some brands are just not going to fit, especially as my big chest gets bigger.  It also depends on how much I gain.  2 pounds so far, but I gained a ton last time (and lost it all, eventually).  I am also loving how well my lularoe leggings and tunics still fit.  I recently discovered that if I go up to a 3x perfect T (I was wearing a large and it had plenty of room) I have even more length for my torso and sleeves (long torso, gravity very very unkind to the upper arms), it still looks nice and it will fit forever!  My most favorite top ever is an anthropologie tunic that I am able to wear no matter what. I wore it through my last pregnancy.   I am terrified it will fall apart, I have already had to replace the trim once.
