WTF Universe - why am I SURROUNDED by pregnancy and babies? My sisters, DH's sisters, my new neighbor, my co-worker.

WTF Students - Week 10 of a 10 week quarter is not the time to come begging for help to get caught up.

update on my wtf from a couple weeks ago regarding that doctor bill from my old OB - called coventry last week and they tried to call the doctor several times last week with no luck so I called coventry yesterday and that lady put us on a 3 way call with the doctors office. Someone actually answered! I got the name of the person, the medical code, and asked when they were going to resubmit it. She was not at all happy to talk to me probably because DH has submitted 13 bad reviews online and some include the cop photo with her business sign.

DH told me last night to do a 3 way call with coventry and the collection agency and maybe if coventry tells them this is not a valid bill and we shouldn't owe it hopefully the collection agency will waive it for me. So I'm going to try that today. I'm also going to ask for a supervisor with coventry and request they audit that doctors office.

My WTF is the same as @ladipale. While in pre-op Monday morning my roommate ends up being a pregnant women. Of all of the luck. Then they bring in the u/s machine to listen to the babies heartbeat, while I'm sitting there getting ready to have science experiments conducted on my lady bits. Sure 18 year old pregnant girl...I'd love to sit hear and listen to your babies heartbeat. Ugh

help me be strong ladies. we did the 3 way and the collections can't do anything until they hear from the provider. Coventry helped me by showing me I can appeal it and the rep even said it was ins fraud. So we can appeal it with coventry. Now I'm trying to see if I can request Coventry do an audit on this doctor. This has been hell for me.

@MooFish2364 and @ladipale that sucks. I'm sorry you had to experience that. It is difficult to see others pregnant sometimes especially when they are really young

@vlagrl29 sorry about the insurance mess. That sounds like a PITA

I have to say it feels somewhat empowering to request an audit with an insurance company on the worst doctor I've ever been too. You don't mess with a strong independent woman. The coventry rep is helping me do this.

@MooFish2364, @ladipale I can't even tell you how many pregnant FB "friends" I've unfollowed in the past few days. It's just too hard.

@vlagrl Glad you're finally getting at least a little resolution to this whole nightmare.

yeah I have to file an appeal with coventry and then include the complaint # - so when they come to the conclusion which is hopefully in my favor I will also get the status to the complaint and see where that is heading. Then I can also get collections off my back.

My wtf is self induced. Report cards are due Monday...havent started. End of the year room checks are the 16th...haven't started a thing.
Feeling overwhelmed.

I have found if a lady is even slightly chubby I stare at the belly.

I loathe pregnancy announcements @MooFish2364. Especially the early ones. And I hate that it's warmer and all the pregnant bellies are in full show. I really want to scream to cover it up and not all people want to see! Ugh.
