Re: TTW Wednesday 6/7
CD/DPO: 28/13
Timing: -4,-3, -2, 0, +1, +2
Testing: Not sure, DF off Friday and Monday from work, maybe Monday, but see R/R probably unnecessary
R/R: Been feeling awful last few days, pink CM this morning so pretty sure out this month. Going to hold off on trying this coming month as wedding in July
CS/Q:
GTKY: Post-apocalyptic world, you and your family are part of the rebuilding process. What specific skill/trade/job do you have to contribute?
DF is super handy, he can fix anything mechanical or building wise, so he would be really useful, I am useless at anything home-based, but guess as a nurse I would be useful fixing people!
Month/Cycle: 4/4
CD/DPO: 27 / 4
Timing: meh
Testing: nope
R/R: Had an interview yesterday, it was 4 separate one-on-one's and SUPER long, was there for over 2 hrs, fingers crossed they liked me
CS/Q:
GTKY: Post-apocalyptic world, you and your family are part of the rebuilding process. What specific skill/trade/job do you have to contribute? I like to fish and garden, so I'd help with food supply. Everyone may be stuck with panfish and greenbeans for every meal, but it's food

CD/DPO: 26/12
Timing: -1 and 0
Testing: I'm thinking maybe Friday if I don't wake up to AF tomorrow.
R/R: Woke up feeling yucky this morning. My allergies are acting up, causing my sinuses to drain. This makes my stomach all, queasy. But I woke up before DH today, so that's a plus! I normally sleep in really late (like 11AM), so I got some quality kitty cuddles in this morning.
CS/Q: I went through and customized my FF app. I am so glad a couple of people on here told me about that customize tab! My chart is so much easier to read and understand now.
GTKY: I fish and garden. I can even hunt, with bow and arrow. I also know how to make arrows and bowstrings. I have also dabbled in leather working. My mom taught me how to sew and crochet when I was a kid. I also learned how to cook on a campfire as a kid with my family on camping trips. I'd like to think I would be pretty useful. DH is rather fond of his tech toys, but is really good at keeping things in order.
CD/DPO: 21/6
Timing: -2, IUI
Testing: trigger has faded, maybe next week
R/R: going to Target today so that's always fun!
CS/Q: nope

I love to to cook and am pretty decent at it so I volunteer for that. MH is very intelligent so he may be best suited for strategy or an economy rebuilding effort.
@gene_genie FX you are not out of this cycle yet
@lurvleybunchococonuts thanks for starting today's thread! Good luck on the interview- I hope you get it!
@SesshomaruMom I want to be on your team post-apocalypse with those skills. FX you get to test on Friday.
@shortstack930 enjoy Target! Try to remember what you need after buying everything you don't
Hope you all are having an awesome week.
@SesshomaruMom Yay! Kitty cuddles are awesome
@shortstack930 Target is one of my favorite stores, it's a good thing there aren't any super close to me or I'd be there all the time
@olive_lane Thanks! I hope so too, I don't dislike my current job, but this new one would have a ton more potential for growth which would be nice. Plus if we ever get KU it'd be way more flexible
@ladybugsmum Hope you have an awesome week as well

@SesshomaruMom Wow! You would be one who would survive, DF always jokes I would be the first to give up in a zombie apocalypse.
@shortstack930 Target is dangerous, amazing the things you never know you need before you head in there!
@olive_lane thanks for the fx, appreciated
@ladybugsmum Thanks for the well wishes!
Just had a nap and feeling a bit more positive - woke up to a huge bang at 12 midnight last night, then was up at 5am, so not exactly a good night, why do big bangs always happen when DF is at the fire station?! Even cats were jumping everywhere! No more pink cm yet, but I often spot for 2-3 days before AF so who knows. Getting some household chores done now before I pick up my son from my ex's as we split the summer. Son always cheers me up, and DF bought me a bike on the weekend so son and I may have to go on a bike ride!! Son is 10 and always happy and content, so cannot be sad with him around!
@shortstack930 What kind of nursing are you in? I'm in the ER!

@RVAmom515 That stinks! Feel better soon
@charlestonchew sorry about the BFN
@SesshomaruMom sorry you are feeling all sniffly, but kitty cuddles are the best!
@shortstack may I ask you (out of curiosity) how long did it take for your trigger to be completely gone? I have been testing mine but feel like there should be more left than there is (obviously, a pro from the ONE time doing this haha)
@ladybugsamom sorry for the BFN
Month/Cycle: 12/12

R/R: Less than a week until testing! Sore boobs, but totally a normal symptom for me with progesterone, so no crazy SS yet.
CS/Q: not temping right now, would only be something to encourage me to be BSC
GTKY: Post-apocalyptic world, you and your family are part of the rebuilding process. What specific skill/trade/job do you have to contribute?
Gardening probably, but I would love to learn how to use a crossbow.
@charlestonchew remember it is still super early for testing, bfn is never easy though!
@gene_genie sorry you feel out! Good luck with the new job next week! Just curious, why hold off ttc in June for July wedding?
@RvAmom515 Hope you guys feel better soon! There is an awful stomach bug going around here, hopefully that isn’t what you got. Good luck with the work event too!
@shortstack930 yay for the trigger being gone! I keep telling myself that until at least your trigger is gone is doesn’t make sense for me to be tempted to test, but now I don’t have that
will have to find a new trick.
@ladybugsamom sorry for the BFN
@olive_lane strategy and economy rebuilding…interesting, never crossed my mind
@SesshomaruMom wow that is quite the skill set! Your entire neighborhood would be set!
@lurvleybunchococonuts wow that is a long interview! Hope it went well!
@WillRunForWine21 only 2 weeks left! that is exciting! I have heard the trigger leaves peoples bodies at different times and can even vary from cycle to cycle, but like you would be curious if there is an average. I was temping and my temp finally went up 5 days after trigger, so not sure if that is when it finally started to decline or if it was out.
CD/DPO: 25/11
Timing: 0 +1
Testing:
R/R: I'm going out of town for my brother's graduation this weekend, probably won't bother temping/charting while I'm gone. AF is due after I come back on Monday but I often get it while traveling so I bet it shows up a day or two early.
CS/Q:
GTKY: Post-apocalyptic world, you and your family are part of the rebuilding process. What specific skill/trade/job do you have to contribute?
I was a Girl Scout, so I know a few survival skills like starting a campfire and finding edible plants in my area, first aid, some gardening, and handicrafts like sewing/knitting. For rebuilding society, I would go back to teaching. It would be important to preserve and pass on as much knowledge as we could for the next generation.
@WillRunForWine21 Yes, kitty cuddles, gotta love 'em.
@gene_genie I'd like to think I'd survive. Some of it is skill, but there is a good bit of luck involved too.
@lurvleybunchococonuts I love my kitty. She's a rescued Himalayan. The breed is very affectionate, like Burmans. She follows me around the house, begging for attention. She's rarely more than an arm's length away.
@olive_lane I'd love a good cook on my team.
@WillRunForWine21 today was the first day that the trigger seemed to be out of my system so 6 days post IUI but 8 days post trigger shot.
@ramzlau you are so strong to still be holding out on testing! I think I may keep testing every day because I'm insane.

@SesshomaruMom Himalayan's are beautiful cats and who doesn't love a good cuddle kitty! I have two very silly cats, a female orange tabby and a female calico, both just about a year old. The tabby loves snuggles and is a talker, the calico usually only snuggles DH, she's his baby, even though he "hates cats" lol. She loves me too, but DH is definitely her favorite human.
@shortstack930 I went to school for my MLT degree but hated the "lab monkey" feel in the hospital/clinic setting. I preferred the hands on testing and theory behind the testing more than brief review and shooting it off to the doctor. Good luck on your plan to further your education. Both OB nurse and midwifery would be amazing opportunities!
@WillRunForWine21 the original thought was totally zom-pocalypse! Good luck with the Parent/teacher conferences
