    Upcoming appointments this week?     had NST and midwife yesterday but the office was nuts and it took 3 hours. All was good but I had to remind THEM to do my group B strep :/ have weekly BPP Thursday. 

    Any new symptoms or changes?     actual painful irregular contractions. Like whole belly hard, have to breathe through them contractionS. Last two weeks they have been on my NSTs but midwives said no problem just monitor. Some last 1:30-2:00 sometimes get a 1min apart then fade etc. but man had some unpleasant ones yesterday 
     
    Rants/Raves/Questions?     I just have felt like crap the last two days no idea why I'm guessing the two weddings I shot this past weekend snuck up on me. Energy tanked yesterday and I dragged myself through my 5am workout and should have just slept in. 

    GTKY: Do you have any summer/early fall trips or vacations plans after baby arrives? Or maybe last minute ones before! 

    My in laws are renting a house on Lake Lure just south of Asheville (and DHs and I's favorite spot) at the end of September. We have a wedding in that area one weekend so we floated the idea and FIL loved it so we are going for 7 days with our family, in laws, and BIL and SILs family and we are very excited. It will be 3 months PP about so I should physically feel more normal especially if I can get back to tracking macros partially after baby comes and at least some consistent workouts. And it will be warm but not hot for exploring.

    Had OB appt today.  Everything is looking good!

    Same old back and pelvic pain.  Addressing via cat/cow and double pigeon yoga poses.

    All the car seat inspection places in my area are booked until next month! Lucie's list has a great explanation on installing so will go with that for now.

    Not yet.  Want to see how everything goes.  We love taking little vacations though.  We'll do something for sure.

    @BabyMama4Life I've never had dd's car seat inspected. Their are really great videos on how to make sure you are doing it exact. Don't stress about it!
