Ethan turns 1 in exactly a week! Finishing up last minute party prep for his party on the 17th. He's so adventurous and just wants to crawl/walk everywhere and get his hands on everything lol.

I can't wait until Damien's haircut appt on Saturday. It looks like he has a little mullet happening at this point. Anywho, he pulled himself up to stand for the first time last night. Did it like it was nothing too, so nonchalant about it. He also confidently walked a little bit with his VTech Sit-to-Stand Learning Walker last night. Busy evening all around. His new favorite game is "The Chase," in which one of us "chases" after him as he crawls around the condo. He screams and laughs with delight. So cute! Oh and he's still trying to master the reach-in cup. It keeps him busy during the commute home though.

we have a reach in cup too and Ethan doesn't get it. Lol. He will put his hand in, get the snack, and then let go and pull his hand out

@laurendiaz02 I've caught him shaking it upside-down, as well as trying to lift the flaps and empty the contents into his mouth. He's definitely done what Ethan does too. I'm surprised by how patient he is about it though, never seems to frustrate him...well not yet at least.

Jackie cheesin' for the camera! She decided to climb on her push plane and started scooting it all over last night. She took a couple shuffled steps over the weekend and nothing since. I know she's going to start walking the week we fly cross country so i have to really chase her the whole time we're away from home. Girlfriend needs a haircut too, but I'm torn between having my aunt do it when we visit in a week (she used to cut mine as a kid) or doing it myself so she looks nice when we visit.

) and DS turns three in two weeks. When I went to take a picture of her in a birthday crown to send to DH, DS wanted to be included, and all we had for him to wear was a BK crown.

Thanks! She got it for Christmas, but I wasn't expecting her to be using it so soon. It always amazes me when she just up and learns how to do something with seemingly no practice.
