NWH's great expectations or express?

whats the difference between the great expectations full day course and the express course other than it being half the time? We signed up for full day but my husband is gunning for us switching to half day.

    We did the half day and I felt like it was more than enough. I can't imagine what they cover in a full day. I honestly don't remember a lot of that class but I do remember the breastfeeding class was interesting and infant CPR also quite good.

    At what point in your pregnancy did you take these classes? I was just saying I forgot to ask my Dr during my telemedicine appointment to see if NWH offered classes. I found the website with the classes.
